I booked this hotel in the month of November. I have a wonderful experience and staff is also very good. Direct access of the private beach is the best and with very few people. I have spent a nice time with my family. If you want premium international experience in goa then stay My name is Mukul.

We had an amazing holiday as a group of four couples with kids, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish! Mr. Sharmaji and the restaurant staff were incredibly helpful, always on their toes to ensure we had everything we needed. Their attentive service made every meal a pleasure, and they were especially accommodating with the kids’ needs. It was a memorable stay, and we can’t wait to return!

Best place to stay, great hospitality, excellent staff,all are great, special thanks to Pari,Ruby, Geeta and Anil. Neog ,memorable. stay. Food was excellent with good view ,they have a huge pool good for family and the private access to the beach is a plus point for hotel.. . .. . . .

Beautiful place

We were travelling as a team of 14 to this place. We had asked for a small signage greeting our team. However, we were informed by the Reservation team that such a thing is not possible and whosoever visits them as a group bring their own signages!!! We were informed that only aarti and tilak will be done and alas it seems they forgot that too!!! It is quite evident that there is resistance from Reservation team for any request one puts forth. And the coordination with front office is lacking. Check in was smooth. The rooms are quite old however the bathrooms seems to have been spruced up. However, I noticed one of the caps of the mixer unit missing in my room. We asked for additional chairs and an ice box. We were informed that by the front office that they will check and revert. We had to go over to the front office after half an hour and supervise the arrangements. They have a nice recreational area and the beach access is fantastic thru the property. Only the breakfast spread was good. Lunch and dinner spread were quite a dull affair with the hummus and pita bread making an appearance every day. We of course tried most of the stuff; however, the F&B needs to pull up their socks. For starters there is only one dish i.e. paneer tikka for the vegetarians..Nothing else. We had opted for an MAP plan hence had to eat one major meal. I would suggest anyone booking here should go only with the breakfast option. The GM, Mr Denis who we met on the day of the checkout heard us out and agreed that there were areas that they could certainly improve. Thank you Mr Denis for lending us your ears.

Super se bhi upar, very very exelent service, 5 star. The person at the banquet bar "Ashish Verma HOT"was very confident and well deserved to his work. He was very polite and very good at his work and has very good knowledge. I was deligted by his service.
