Hotel de la Coupole in Sapa was truly one of the most beautiful hotel experiences I’ve had in Vietnam. From the moment you step inside, it feels like you’ve entered a world of French elegance blended perfectly with the charm of Sapa’s mountains. The interiors are stunning — every corner is thoughtfully designed, yet it never feels overwhelming. Our room had breathtaking views of the valley and the soft clouds rolling over the hills in the mornings, which honestly made it hard to leave the bed. The atmosphere throughout the hotel feels calm, refined, and quietly luxurious. The service was just as impressive. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind — and they went out of their way to help me with photos around the property, which made such a difference and added so much to my experience. Whether it was arranging transport, suggesting places to visit, or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable, everything felt effortless. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of international dishes. There weren’t many Indian options, but with the variety and quality available, it didn’t really take away from the overall experience. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and enjoyed with incredible views. What I loved most is how the hotel feels like a destination in itself. After long days exploring Sapa, coming back here felt like returning to a peaceful, elegant retreat. If you’re visiting Sapa and want a stay that feels both luxurious and soulful, Hotel de la Coupole is truly special. ✨

So happy that I chose this Hotel. It's exactly how it was in the pictures. When I was exploring my choices, I just knew I wanted to stay here. The experience from the minute we checked in to our check out was perfect. The staff is pleasant, cordial and ever smiling. They had a good spread of vegetarian options. A separate Veg Menu too Though Their night in-room dining vegetarian menu was limited. Ms Pineapple came personally to our room to understand our preferences and make suggestions. Great views from their roof top. Would strongly recommend this hotel. It's quaint and beautiful

Amazing stay at Hotel de la Coupole – MGallery Sapa! We stayed for 3 days and everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is very nice, and the views from the balcony are stunning — especially the clouds and Sapa Square. Special thanks to Quynh, who provided outstanding service and helped us with everything we needed, including booking Fansipan tickets with the WOW pass. We arrived early after taking the sleeper train from Hanoi, and the hotel kindly allowed us to use the pool area to freshen up, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay in Sapa!

Visit this hotel, even if it’s just for the day!
