Overall very nice place and service! No words can describe how beautiful the place is, you just have to be there to see it. The spa staff (ms Thuy, ms May B and mr Thanh) in particular gave us very relaxing treatments (red dao bath and oat body scrub) perfect after a day of walking around beautiful Sapa.

No regret to book this hotel

Love the atmosphere, decoration and breakfast line food was so great, especially the dessert I couldn’t stop eating! The doorbells are so kind and my impression is front staff, her name is Hannah, so lovely and kindness also gave us the direction support, I will comeback again if I come to Sapa 😊

Magical pool swim under chandeliers, scenic rooftop bar. Amazing staff, especially Ha and Tina who so kindly helped with very customized fun plans for our family in Sapa. Ha and Tina also arranged car transports in Sapa and between cities.

Duty manager Quynh (I think that’s how it’s spelt) is very professional, friendly and speaks good English. We booked 2 classic king rooms via the Accor members app but were upgraded upon arrival to superior king rooms with views of the mountain. We saw the sunrise over the mountain in the mornings from our bedroom. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. Upon arrival, we were served with hot chocolate. It was so good, we went to the cafe Cacao after our visit to Mt Fansipan for more hot chocolate and ice cream. We made use of the heated swimming pool during our stay. The swimming pool is stunning. There is a small wading pool and some floats for kids. We also had breakfast on one of the days at Chic. Spread is extensive and includes a live pho station, bahn mi Hoi A station and egg station. Drinks included not only the usual juices but smoothies such as dragon fruit smoothie and Vietnamese coffee. Waiters are very friendly and unlike the usual hotel morning crush of buffet breakfast, breakfast at Chic felt like a relaxed yet efficient affair. Not to mention the restaurant interior is spectacularly done. We also booked our return train and cable car trip as well as the one way funicular up the peak with WOW pass ( what is sold on Klook as VIP train and cable car bundle) through the hotel front desk. They are very attentive and will check just before issuing tickets on weather conditions on the peak of Fansipan. We were lucky to have clear weather during our visit. Our package from the hotel was slightly cheaper than the Klook bundle. Also, we had a hotel staff take us from the hotel to Sapa Station and hand us over to another sun city staff who took us to the train. Having the WOW pass allows you to skip to front of the queue. Some comments on the room is that there is a lack of counter and drawer space. Bedside tables are literally side tables, no drawers underneath. Wardrobe was really just hanging space with no drawers. Perhaps, if you are a couple it might be enough. We had our 6 year old with us and found counter top/desk top space lacking. There is also no dressing table or work table in the room. There is also only one winged back chair to sit in. Assuming this is a room for 2, I would expect at least another chair to sit in. The bathroom is a huge space with sufficient hooks for hanging towels but the vanity top/ sink is kinda higher. I am 1.65m tall and found the sink height to be higher than usual. It also meant that our 6 year old found it difficult to reach the taps and barely made it on tiptoes to gargle and brush his teeth. A step stool would have been helpful. Overall though, I would still recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Sapa and looking for a stay in town that is both iconic and conveniently located. Not to mention that the view from absinthe cafe and bar is breathtaking.

I love this hotel! It is so beautiful and the staff is so thoughtful. I had to respond to do some work stuff late at night and the staff kept on bringing me warm drinks. I had a treatment at the spa with Noi and it was wonderful! I did a homestay with Ethos (also a highlight) but after two days of hiking this spa is just what I needed! I did the Red Dao bath and it really helped relax my muscles.
