객실에서의 경험은 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고, 시설도 정말 깔끔합니다. 다만 루프탑 바에서는 조금 불만족스러웠습니다. 오후 8시경 루프탑 바에 갔을 때, 실외 자리는 한 자리만 남아 있었습니다. 거기에서 여유롭게 칵테일을 즐기고 있을 때, 옆 건물에서 식사를 마친 중국인 가족 일행이 루프탑 바로 건너와 매우 소란스럽게 떠들기 시작했습니다. 7~8명 가운데 일부만 음료를 즐기고 있었고, 나머지 사람들은 음료를 시키지도 않은 상태에서 여기저기 돌아다니며 매우 소란스럽게 떠들었습니다. 심지어 소리를 지르고, 제가 앉아 있던 쇼파의 쿠션을 아무렇지 않게 들고가서는 앉더군요. 이런 상태에서도 직원들은 아무런 제지없이 방치했습니다. 식사와 바를 완전히 분리하거나, 소란스러운 고객은 제지를 하는게 맞다고 봅니다.

사파의 고지대에 구름이 걸린 판시판 산의 멋진 뷰와 머스타드 옐로우 칼라의 고성과 같은 M Gallery의 돔의 풍경에 이끌려 투숙 결정을 했습니다. Accor gold member로서 check in 할때 가능하다면 room upgrade를 부탁했는데 예약시에 이미 upgrade 된 room이 제공되었다고 했습니다.
All Accor를 통해 처음 예약하고 투숙한 것이여서 그 설명이 맞는지 확인할 수가 없었습니다. 제가 알기로는 room upgrade는 예약 후에 room check in 할때 제공되는 것으로 알고 있었는데 이미 예약시 제공되었다니 당황스러웠고 gold member 로서의 대접을 제대로 받지 못한다는 의구심이 들었습니다.
여기에 대한 확인을 요청드립니다.
그리고 객실에 의자가 한개 밖에 없어서 두명이 차를 마시고 담소할때 한명이 앉지 못해서 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 무엇보다 아름다운 수영장과 Roop Top bar에서 잊지못할 경험을 했습니다

호텔은 완벽했습니다 위치와 서비스는 물론이고 호텔에서 따로 판매하는 판시판 vip티켓까지 모든 게 좋았습니다
사파에 있는 비싼 다른 호텔도 가봤지만 이곳에 더 머물지 않은 걸 후회할 정도였습니다
오로지 이 호텔에서 한번 더 머물 목적으로 사파를 다시 방문하고 싶습니다

새벽에 도착했는데 응대해주는 호텔리어들이 너무 친절했고 위치도 좋아서 이동이 편리했어요. 호텔의 인테리어도 너무 좋아서 친구들의 만족도가 최상이었던곳 입니다. 무엇보다도 판시판갈때 와우패스의 편리함이 대접받는 기분이었어요. 다음에 재방문 하고 싶은곳이에요.

일단 호텔 모든면에서 최고입니다 직원친절 위치 인테리어 편안한 객실 힐링하고 왔습니다
단점이 있다면 조식이 음식맛은 괜찮은데 종류가 좀 적은듯 싶어요
