La habitación y las amenidades estuvieron my bien. Limpieza excelente, el servicio del personal genial Como fuimos en temporada alta el tiempo de espera para usar los elevadores era muy largo. Se agradecería tener café gratis como en otros Ibis y sería muy bueno tener un cuarto de lavado.

Si bien la habitación es pequeña para personas algo más grandotas y pueden sentirse un poco incómodas, estaba todo muy limpio, el trato del personal es inmejorable y la ubicación es excepcional si, sobre todo, acabas de llegar al país tras muchas horas de viaje. Tienes todo a mano muy bien conectado, y un konbini justo enfrente por si lo demás está cerrado cuando llegas. Es una zona estratégica sin ser demasiado ruidosa, lo cual invita a descansar o a moverte según cómo lo necesites. Lo recomendamos al 100% siempre que sean estancias de pocas noches, para que no falte espacio. Muchísimas gracias☺️

The location is perfect just minutes away from Umeda station. The rooms were convenient, clean and with just enough storage for a short stay. Staff was very nice and helpful and spoke good English. They immediately acknowledged my "gold" level. The only small problem was that they would not call a taxi for us. Fortunately there's a taxi stand very nearby.
