Fairmont becomes my favorite hotel I stay in Nanjing, and feel "back-home". I enjoy the room accommodations, quiet and clean, smile with the reception desks, and staff at breakfast cite, everyone is warm, polite. Thanks for Chef Martel and restaurant manager Edward, and Sunny.... their smile and kind greeting makes me feel so warm. The house keeping for cleaning my shoe in free brought me a nice surprise. Thank you! Just a minor mistake that reception desk made a wrong number of invoice, but we have handled it, I have courier that invoice back to hotel, hope the reception desk is working on it to correct it. Thank you.

1. The service attitude of the hotel is average. 2. The building where the hotel is located is very high, and only part of it belongs to the hotel. Because it is surrounded by four sides, the location of the elevator is difficult to find, and there is no guide. 3. The hotel environment is too dark and the corridor is dark. And the doors of every two rooms are a combination. In a very deep passage, if there are two people you don't know, the risk is high. 4. The decoration in the room is too old and the sofa is very dirty. 5. There are few kinds of breakfast and no guidance, like a chaotic canteen

In General it's good experience, especially very good service in the business lounge. One thing could probably improve is that the check out process can be speed up for customer who already lived for more than one time, the invoice info should be recorded already and can be prepared upfront.

1,Floor around the sink is not clean, you feel sticky when you walk on. 2,Shower head can not be fixed, it's turning around all the time, and you can NOT switch to the shower head on the ceiling. It gave me a feeling that the equipment is in bad repair.

I came to the Fairmont Nanjing to visit a friend and treat myself to a 'staycation'. Arriving on Friday, staying until Sunday. Staff were professional and helpful, the room excellent, with all that was necessary to make the weekend very comfortable. Dining in the hotel, whether dinner in the restaurant or breakfast, was very high quality. I look forward to my next stay and would recommend Fairmont Nanjing to anyone looking for a memorable night, weekend, or longer stay.
