During the day, the glass lights on both sides of the bed keep flickering(Abnormal work status), At night, the light in the cupboard could not be turned off, it was always on at night, affecting sleep, I called the front desk, and a man answered, it didn't solve the problem, and I was surprised that he actually hung up my phone first. I think you need to conduct basic training for the staff of the call center. After answering the customer's call, don't you wait for the customer to hang up first? Especially if the problem is not solved

when i check in , one nice lady give me welcome drink, impressed me and let me feel so warm. Also other staff show their professional. But the equipment in the room need to maintain due to maybe long time used.

Loyalty point and night aren’t showing up in my profile even four days after my stay. Concierge boy told me there was no parking coupon at a regular 9pm Monday night. When I told him to call me when he sort it out, I received no response for the night. Where’s the training?
