The bed was so comforting. You can even relax because there's no really noise around. It was convenient. The amenities were complete. You don't even have to ask for anything because everything is on the room. I like the area where it is designed like an office area in the room, it is convenient for those who would be doing bleisure. Would recommend this hotel.

Food is delicious, we had our fun with our gala event held at their spacious and luxurious ballroom

I'm not exaggerating when I tell that their food is very good and well cooked, it's so delicious I have to go for another serving. The rooms are spacious and clean as well and I'm comfortable sleeping with their bed because it's soft. Overall, it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We stayed at Fairmont Makati for a school trip and it was actually pretty cool. The rooms were super nice and comfortable. Beds are fluffy, everything is well clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location's perfect, walking distance from convenience store. Buffet had lots of options and great tastes. Overall, 10/10

Wonderful location. We ate jn the coffee shop. Caesar salad and a grilled panini. Liza was wonderful with her service. Also the Americano was very smooth and tasty. The gingerbread house was handmade and took 3 days. I wanted to eat it! Very nice place.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my todays experience at the Executive Lounge at Fairmont Makati during my stay. I had anticipated a sophisticated and upscale environment, in line with the executive lounge standards of a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately, what I encountered felt more like a family lounge than an exclusive area for business travelers. The atmosphere was far from the tranquil and relaxed ambiance one expects from an executive lounge; instead, it resembled a chaotic zoo, which made it challenging to unwind or focus on any work-related tasks. Additionally, I noticed that the refreshments and drinks were being utilized more as a buffet dinner setup for upgraded guests rather than serving the intended purpose of a serene space for light snacks and drinks. This not only compromises the exclusivity of the lounge but also detracts from the premium experience that your brand promises. I believe the concept of an executive lounge should prioritize a calm, professional environment with carefully curated refreshments. It is crucial to ensure that the space truly reflects its intended purpose and caters appropriately to the needs of its guests.
