My stay at the Fairmont Dubai was disappointing due to several service issues. I requested laundry service, but it was not delivered to the room as promised—I had to follow up late in the evening at 10 PM. Even then, the laundry was not done as instructed, and I had to return it. Additionally, after using the in-room iron and ironing board, I found them left exactly where I placed them, untouched by housekeeping. On the final night of my stay, the fire alarm beeped multiple times during the night, disrupting my sleep. To add to the frustration, I ordered oatmeal for breakfast, was told it was available, but after waiting over 20 minutes without any update, I had to leave the breakfast room without being served. Overall, the level of service did not meet expectations for a hotel of this category.

Dear Mr. Giacomo, Although we sincerely regret your disappointment with your stay at our hotel, we would like to thank you for sharing your comments as it will help us to identify areas of concern and act immediately so as to enhance our future guests' experience among us.
