My stay at the Fairmont Dubai was disappointing due to several service issues. I requested laundry service, but it was not delivered to the room as promised—I had to follow up late in the evening at 10 PM. Even then, the laundry was not done as instructed, and I had to return it. Additionally, after using the in-room iron and ironing board, I found them left exactly where I placed them, untouched by housekeeping. On the final night of my stay, the fire alarm beeped multiple times during the night, disrupting my sleep. To add to the frustration, I ordered oatmeal for breakfast, was told it was available, but after waiting over 20 minutes without any update, I had to leave the breakfast room without being served. Overall, the level of service did not meet expectations for a hotel of this category.

Knowing that the shortage you have witnessed in the services totally contradicts with the Fairmont standards, please be assured that your comments regarding check-in, housekeeping, breakfast area and internet are taken into serious consideration and shared with the relevant departments accordingly in order to do the necessary rectifications. Personale gentilissimo, soprattutto alle piscine e al ristorante. Buoni i servizi e la pulizia dei locali. Interessante l’idea delle 2 piscine, Sunrise e Sunset, per godere al massimo del sole. E’ stata una settimana di relax tra una visita e l’altra alla città.
