Posizione ottima a due passi dalla metro comodo per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Colazione molto varia sia dolce che salata. Letto molto comodo. Personale gentilissimo

Nel complesso sono soddisfatta. Alcune cose che andrebbero migliorate: ho soggiornato al secondo piano e di notte c'era molto rumore proveniente dall'esterno; aria condizionata troppo forte in ingresso.

He visitado el hotel varias veces. No sólo la cordialidad y el buen servicio se destaca sino el excelente entrenamiento del personal, en todas sus funciones. En este caso, destaco en el Front Desk a JOY, KAI, AKSHAY y AYMENE En el servicio de limpieza una señorita muy dedicada: SAMITA de Nepal. En Seguridad, MANISH y KARMA también de Nepal. Y como siempre, el equipo estable del hotel ha respondido con su dedicación y amabilidad. Es importante destacar que se pueden utilizar las instalaciones de piscina y spa del Hotel asociado NOVOTEL, del otro lado del Centro de Convenciones. He visitado las instalaciones y son destacables. Finalmente, he decidido seguir participando del Programa ALL para fidelizar mi presencia en todos los hoteles de la Cadena Accor. Lo hice en México, Turquía y siempre en Emiratos Arabes (Tanto en Dubai como en Abu Dhabi). Y lo seguiré haciendo. Felicitaciones al equipo y cadena. El servicio y las prestaciones son superlativas.
