Enjoyed a fantastic Sunday brunch at Mireio in Raffles Makati. The food was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious, with a great selection to choose from. The ambiance was elegant and relaxing, making it an ideal spot to date. Special thanks to our server, Jayson, who was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience! ♥️

Upon being seated, we were greeted by Sherlyn who introduced us to the Tea Cart which me and my boyfriend were eyeing from the moment we saw its plethora of Tea varieties in these cute jars. She asked us what type of tea we preferred and even let us smell the tea we were curious about. My boyfriend ended up getting Pink Garden and I went with Silver Moon. The pastries rolled in soon after we drank a few sips of the absolutely delicious and aromatic tea. We were delighted to see an absolutely adorable arrangement of desserts and pastries, all Christmas themed of course! Overall we had a very nice time enjoying our tea and pastries in this relaxing, and charming little corner of Writer’s Bar. We’ll definitely coming back soon!

Best hospitality given by the best staff, Lovely and Arjay. Of course, GM and the Chef, too. Their hospitality made our special dinner (wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday) the best it could be. Dégustation plus fresh Irish oysters were so delicious.

If you value unobtrusive attentiveness, choose Raffles when staying in Manila

Had the pleasure of staying at Raffles Makati for 3 nights. Check in was very quick and the room itself was lovely (King Artist Suite). Clean, spacious, large bathroom, good amenities, housekeeping and turndown service were fantastic! Sebastian (butler) was very professional, attentive and accommodating. Marvin ?(super tall porter) was also wonderful throughout my stay, assisting me in the evening as I checked out and waited for my transport. I wasn't lucky enough to pick up a 4th night at Raffles (final night in Philippines) as it was fully booked, so I spent a night next door at Fairmont. It was both Sebastian and Marvin who also assisted me in moving from Raffles and checked I was settled in and comfortable, although I was now a guest of Fairmont (there is a stark difference in service between Raffles and Fairmont - Raffles being a clear winner imo). Sherlyn at Writers Bar was wonderful as well. For anyone unsure about the difference between Fairmont and Raffles ( as they are both Accor hotels and neighbours), there is a huge difference in terms of service and the actual rooms/suites itself with all the advantages being provided by Raffles. Sorry Fairmont, if you didn't have Raffles next door, you would be great. It's just that because I had back-to-back reservations, it was such a contrast. Enjoyed my stay so much, I've booked again for this January, this time with hubby and my Mom. Can't wait to visit again!

Excellent service from waitress (name: Kim). She was very kind in her tone of voice, choice of words, and overall temperament. She was also very honest and friendly not just to us but other customers. Please ensure that credit is given where it is properly due.
