Christmas Magic: A Luxurious "Second Home" with Stunning Tree Lights "It was a truly wonderful stay that felt like a second home. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and I was so touched when the staff greeted me by name with a lovely surprise. A special thank you to Somaly for the luxurious room and the beautiful gift of big roses! The amenities here have been transformed into a world-class, international-level hotel experience. I was particularly impressed by the service, which was seamless from check-in to the restaurant and all the way to my room. The property is refreshing, especially with the largest swimming pool I've seen, and the Christmas tree decorations and lighting around the grounds are absolutely stunning. A perfect holiday getaway!"

It was great experience. The served foods and drinks including champagne were excellent. All staffs were very friendly and kind.

Our running group from Singapore participated in the Angkor Wat Half Marathon and afterwards we went to the Raffles Grand Hotel D'angkor for the Champagne lunch. We were a big group of 30+ people and we were seated in a beautiful room all together at adjacent tables. The staff was really friendly and looked after us by serving excellent drinks (Bollinger champagne, cocktails and quality wines), talking to us and clearing the plates. Very professional service. The food was also delicious and there were plenty of options like fresh seafood, meats, salads, cheeses and desserts. This was the fourth year our running group joined for the lunch and we will be back again next year!

We treated ourselves to afternoon tea Hoping it would be a special reminder of our time in Siem Reap, sadly we were very disappointed but what we got and sadly not a great experience in regard to afternoon tea, the attention to detail was lacking, sandwiches very lacking and no offer for more; I ordered earl grey tea and that is not what I got - having had afternoon in Raffles in Singapore this was a poor relation and not an experience I would recommend
