Magnificent hotel nestled in the lush landscape of Siem Reap in a beautiful colonial structure! Impeccable service, great food and well appointed spa! Three floors of staterooms and each room is generous in space and very comfortable beddings!

If there is any possible way you can stay here you should. Located on the main square of the town lovingly updated but faithful to its roots this property is epic. You are greeted with a cool towel and a local drink. Multiple large well decorated seating areas, michelinesque restaurant that is low key. Huge pool with attentive attendants. Our room was perfectly appointed with a balcony looking out onto the town square. The people put it over the top. All the staff were helpful and genuinely loved their jobs. We hated to leave

We stayed at Raffles in Siem Reap for 3 nights in early October 2024. Wow! We were so appreciative of the personalized service (Like the bar 'Cheers' from the TV show.. "everybody knows your name"). For example, we met both the GM & head of F+B. When they learned that Hanoi was our next destination, they sent us detailed recommendations of restaurants and activities for Hanoi. Another example: we had a small bike accident requiring a few stitches.... by the time we got to the international hospital, the the emergency room had a room/nurse/doctors ready for us, including the hotel had sent over our daughter's passport picture etc. A few other specifics... we loved restaurant 1932 (signature restaurant); our rooms in the 'old' section of the hotel were excellent; we booked our temple tours through the hotel, and the guides Raffles organized were excellent (I am sure we paid a premium, but worth it); the hotel has a ton of history, and a manager spent an hour with us sharing that history, followed by a lesson making the Raffles Siem Reap version of a Singapore Sling (free drink!). Areas of improvement? Only a couple of very small nits - better air conditioning in the gym, lower the band's volume at Sunday Brunch. If you go to Siem Reap, we highly recommend Raffles and encourage you to stay long enough to enjoy the hotel. After a hot, sweaty day touring the temples, coming back to Raffles was so nice...

Extraordinary service, loving personal, delicious meals, Raul the piano player at night is a man you will just love. The beds are very comfortable, it’s extremely well located. The breakfast buffet has every healthy option you can think of.
