Es ist immer wieder schön in ein Raffels Hotel zu kommen! Der Service und das Ambiente ist einmalig ! Wir haben zusätzlich Die Anchor Wat Tour im Hotel gebucht Mit Guide und Frühstück im Dschungel gebucht ! Würde sofort wiederkommen! Ist einfach Raffels ! 👍

Das Hotel strahlt eine grosse Eleganz aus. Die Lobby und die Elephant Bar sind wunderschön und laden zum Verweilen ein. Im Haupthaus ist noch der ursprüngliche Lift im Einsatz. Die Gänge und auch die Zimmer verströmen eine Grandezza und man fühlt sich in frühere Zeiten zurückversetzt. Der Luxus ist sehr dezent. Im Aussenbereich hat es einen superschönen Pool. Die ganze Anlage ist herrlich. Und auch das Gym ist gut ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeitenden sind äusserst freundlich. Man fühlt sich stets sehr willkommen. Einige können ihre Englischkenntnisse noch etwas verbessern. Aber das ist nicht störend.

Wir waren für drei Nächte in diesem Hotel.Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Betreten des Hotels wird man herzlich empfangen und es werden kalte Tücher gereicht. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist gut sortiert, am frühen Morgen kann es wegen der Ausflügler etwas voller werden. Der Afternoontea in der Lobby ist sehr zu empfehlen, ebenso die Bar. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön angelegt, leider war das Poolwasser viel zu warm. Und im Zimmer fanden wir die Lamellentür zum Badezimmer etwas befremdlich, da diese lediglich optisch aber nicht akustisch abschottete…. Ausflugs- und Transportofferten des Hotels sind leider etwas überteuert, da finden sich günstigere und gute Alternativen im Internet. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel mit super Personal!
