Recaption team - AMAZING. Check-in was smooth and very warm. We felt immediately welcome. Staff on the front desk went above and beyond to help us with anything, including information on tours - they pre-booked PHARE for us, so we could go and support local performing arts. We got amazing seats. They also booked us a really fabulous Aspara dance show - the recommended theatre was spot on! The warm greetings from the moment we arrived were continued throughout our stay. Everyone was just amazing. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed and we always felt so warmly welcomed when walking through the reception area. HOUSEKEEPING team were immaculate, discrete and details-oriented. The room was gorgeous and well-maintained. Walking into the room at the end of everyday was a delight. Crisp sheets, tidy and immaculate rooms. But for us, the big wow - STREATS! We absolutely LOVED that place. The people and the menu were a true delight. What a team there, so gentle and kind and full of smiles! The service at the restaurant was exceptional. We loved the team there and over the days, dining at streats became one of the highlights for our time in Cambodia. The GM of the property has clearly ensured the menu has a huge variety of Vegetarian and Vegan food and we just absolutely loved it. The breakfast was also abundant and fresh and a delightful way to start the day. The vibe in the restaurant was lovely, taking advantage of the amazing location of the hotel, overlooking the banks of the river. Speaking of location, a big highlight for the IBIS is that it is smack bang right in the center, next to the river - which is such a lovely place to walk, and also next to the 'pub street'. It was very easy to find a tuk-tuk, they were parked in front. Up on the corner toward pub street we met our driver LIM HAV, and he was such a gentle kind person who took us all around Siem Reap as well as to the temples, and some local villages. Siem Reap is amazing, yes. It's the people. An Ibis Styles Siem Reap is where we started to understand that it's the people of Cambodia who make the place absolutely amazing - gracious, gentle, kind. We really felt like we were at home.

Brilliant location - across the street from the Night Market, Pub Street, Asian Market, etc. Excellent service at front desk & restaurant - Linda especially. Rooms were extremely comfortable & kept spotlessly clean. Made my trip all the more memorable.

La posizione è al centro di Siem Reap di fronte al fiume. Le stanze sono nuove e in linea con gli altri Ibis Styles. La colazione è nella media. La piscina a sfioro, non grandissima, è un punto di forza. La cosa migliore è il servizio e l'attenzione al cliente da parte del personale. Un ringraziamento, in particolare, a Panith TOUN che mi ha aiutato a chiarire un problema.

una fortuna trovare un ibis ancgw qui : ibis è sempre una garanzia : pulito, perfettamente funzionante,camere accoglienti e silenziose....pure, nel caso di questo di siem reap, una posizione vicina a pub street - cuore della movida - e al night market. ottima colazione. piccola ma preziosa piscina per ristorarsi dopo le visite ad angkor e nelle ore più calde della giornata

Breve visita a Siem Reap. Hotel in buona e centrale posizione, vicina a Mercato Notturno e "Pub Street" con molteplici possibilità in quanto a ristoranti e bar, notte e giorno. Hotel in linea con lo stile Ibis, pulito, silenzioso con buon letto per buona qualità del sonno. Personale non solo disponibile, ma di una gentilezza difficilmente riscontrabile in altre parti del mondo.Una particolarità: molti alberi a ridosso delle finestre della mia camera; svegliarsi la mattina con il canto dei numerosi uccellini lì residenti, mi ha fatto tornar bambino ed è una esperienza che consiglio a tutti i "cittadini" !
