it was a very enjoyable stay for 2 nights in the hotel. Everything was well taken care of by butleress Calista. Can tell the hotel is with a long history but facilities are very well maintained. I love the view especially the beach in the evening. Location wise it is a bit far from Sanya airport, which in return gives me a quiet and peaceful memory about it

Excellent service provided by Raffles staff. Diana received us upon arrival and gave us an immaculate experience during our stay. Facilities were wonderful as I’ve especially enjoyed the heated pool. Morning swims were wonderful along with the view. The beach buffet was excellent with food and music throughout the night. A definite must have if you’re going to Raffles. Looking forward to my next visit to Raffles and their excellent service

10 day trip in July 2022. Large complex but still very pleasant. Very friendly for family. We enjoy BBQ on the beach, nice beach ( kid friendly) good food and clean room. Local service is very good. ( some of them speak English) Staff tries to take initiative to make your stay very pleasant. Bravo.

Wonderful get away. Great value. 2 bedroom suite. 2 adults; 2 kids. Hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Especially Joe at the front desk. On numerous occasions he went out of his way to help us print things, get an extra bed and even setup a beautiful surprise Valentine’s Day display in the room for my wife—- excellent service Joe! I will likely return.
