Stayed a week, great to be back in my favourite hotel in Osaka. Was upgraded to a suite, enjoyed my diamond status at the club too. It is in a great location for food and shopping. The staff are very helpful . Special mention for Yuki at the club house, he handled my reservations very well and he remembered my birthday. I received a lovely birthday cake. It is great staff like that who go the extra mile that makes our stay really memorable. In Osaka, this is the place to stay. Looking forward to be back.

When my husband and I went back to Hotel about 10pm on 24 Nov 2022, we found that the bedroom door was opened and a gap was found between the security padlock buckle. I do think that the cleaning team forgot to release the padlock buckle after cleaning the room. Please remind your colleague to close the bedroom door after cleaning in every single time. Luckily that we had not lost anything in our room. Anyway, we felt good in these few days staying in your hotel and satisfied the breakfast and service in the restaurant at 36/F.

We enjoy our stay here in Swissotel Nankai Osaka. Location very near to Namba subway station and Nankai station. There are some problems, but still acceptable. During check-in process there are prices differences, but hotel explain clearly why that happened. We got upgraded from Swiss Advantage room to Executive room, hopefull they will upgrades us to their Suite room on later stay. Ask for late check out until 2PM and was given. As a platinum member, we got recognition by the hotel and there are a lot of benefit. From welcome amenities, late check out, room upgrades, free local call, executive lounge access, late check out and also platinum hour which is makes platinum member and above feel special. Swissotel sent us pre arrival email to make sure we enjoy our stay and all request was granted. Firm pillow, bath salt and chamomile tea in the room. Even though we enjoy our stay, we also have some problems. First, 1 of our bed lamp can’t be turn off and started blinking, the pajamas size was incorrect, I think they should ask us first for the size. Special thanks to Soe Jima from Front Office Team (or Sae Jima), apologies for mispronounciation.

Smooth check-in, with excellent elite member recognition. Welcome drink was offered, and there was a designated evening session for Platinum members or above to enjoy the evening cocktail on the 36th floor. All members speak very good English and communication was not a problem. Breakfast was good with a variety of both Japanese and western choice. Excellent location and the hotel is directly above the Nankai Train Station and connected to a department store. The only disappointment was there was no late checkout. Had to leave room at 11:30, even for elite members. We had to carry a lot of stuff walking along the street for a few hours before taking the Nankai Rapit to airport at 15:00.

The hotel is near to train stations and shopping malls. The rooms are clean and big. The buffet breakfast at level 36 lounge is wonderful with amazing view of the city. The staff are also friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant and memorable stay. Thank you!
