Brilliant accommodation. Room was a decent size for Japan. Breakfast was the best we have had in all hotels we used in Japan. We loved the dragon fruit. Great location right above the station. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again.

朝食は料理の種類が豊富で良かったが、紅茶やジャスミン茶等色々揃っていたのに、緑茶が見つからなかったので、ウェイターに尋ねたが、緑茶は無いと言われ、を置いて残念だった。 お部屋について気なる点が3つあった。 1.テレビのBSがNHKしか映らないこと。 2.トイレの便座が冷たくて最初少しびっくりした。夏場だから設定がオフにしてあるとのことだが、 自分で温度調節できる方が良い。 3.シャワーの所のガラス戸が小さすぎて、トイレの方まで水が飛びそうになる。 全体的に海外からの観光客向けにホテル仕様がなっているのかもしれないが、日本人も泊まることは当然あるので、もう少し考慮して欲しい。 追加で、6Fのザラウンジを予約して利用したが、椅子が汚れていたのが気になった。 5つ星ホテルとネットには出ているので、もう少し備品に手を入れた方がよいのでは、と感じた。

Absolutely outstanding centrally located hotel. Located near the train station with several train lines to access to other parts of the city. Taxi rank outside as well. The staff are outstanding. Always helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet had a range of appetising and delicious food. The rooms are exceptional and serviced efficiently by the excellent housekeeping staff.

The hotel location is just great, right in the middle of the center Namba station, easy to go anywhere. Special thanks to Tia from the lounge staff! Very helpful and kind to my whole family during our stay................................

Very friendly, polite, attentive and helpful staff. The hotel is in an excellent spot if you are visiting for touristic purposes. The rooms are spacious which is not always the case in Japan. Clean hotel, lots of restaurant options etc. Not the best but Good breakfast. Easy check-in process, concierge very helpful with all the questions. Interestingly the lounge and swiss cafe closes around 8:00pm so you need to go to a 7/11 to get snacks, drinks or order room service. I think it is a cultural thing but my expectations was more in line with the other Swissotels around the world. Also in the checkout it was surprising and quite shocking to see someone elses spa expenses were charged to my room, luckily the lady who wqs handling my check out solved the issue but it shouldn’t have happened.
