Excellent service and making sure our accommodations were all taken care of. Called to the front desk for extra towels and asked for a late check out and Kia made sure that was taken care of no problem.

The staff was wonderful at Swissotel. Shout out to Kia and Mohammad at the concierge desk. The check in was seamless and the hotel helped us out with a delayed canceled and delayed flight situation. A great stay - this will be the go to spot in Chicago when in town.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Chicago Swissotel property and wanted to pass on our heartfelt appreciation for the staff during our stay. From check in to check out it was friendly, efficient and seamless. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and it was a surprise bucket list for my wife. The Christmas decorations in the lobby, the lobby bar and fireplace were cozy and welcoming. I especially want to single out Ms. Tracy Taylor from housekeeping. With so many rude, unhappy people acting up in public and in service jobs it was truly extraordinary to have a joyful, enthusiastic employee going above and beyond for Barbara and I. If employees are a companies best asset than Swissotel Chicago is in very good hands with the staff the made our stay so memorable. We can't wait to return to our new Chicago home away from home!

Amazing stay and BEST service from Kia and Simona! They were so accommodating with check in and out requests and were so wonderful to chat with! The hotel was beautiful and after staying at multiple hotels in Chicago this year, Swissotel by far has the best service! ❤️
