Beautiful views very friendly staff specially assistant front office manager “Hasan Sahin” and others as well. Room was great my wife and kids enjoyed the stay. Worth every penny. Close to magnificent mile, millennium park and navy pier.

This hotel is well situated - easy to valet park, great restaurants and gym also, quiet rooms. I tried the restaurant for breakfast and the bar for informal dinners with customers and the service and food was impeccable. No complaints! I will choose this hotel next time I am in downtown Chicago

My stay was perfect. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have amazing views of the city and lake. The entire staff was friendly and quick to accommodate all of needs, special thanks to Obeddie Hawkins. Perfect location for navy pier and more.

Hotel the Swissôtel , Chicago, Is a beautiful and very clean place for a conference. The hotel has a very European feel, and the staff was amazingly helpful to me. Mary, at the front desk, made my stay more comfortable, over and over, in many different ways. Derrick Thomas, housekeeping, delivered a microwave to my room. Shanija, in valet parking, kindly helped direct me in locating a nearby, but difficult to find, parking garage where I had a reservation -thanks! Derrick, a bellman, was a star, delivering my luggage to my car. He patiently helped departing guests store luggage so they could dine or see the city before their final departure after checkout! My whole stay was very comfortable and relaxing.

There was no wait on our Rooms, valet did a great job! Was able to speak with one of their managers, Obeddie Hawkins, which made our experience extremely great and whenever we come to Chicago, our goal is to stay at the Swissotel! Thanks to their entire team!
