I really enjoyed my stay here and the staff were especially friendly- I was also impressed with one of the assistant in front office managers named Simona E. When she greeted me on the first day and gave me some local advice, she asked me about it when she saw me two days later, which I was impressed by! It’s these sorts of little detail details that makes the hotel stand out- it’s all about the people!

What an excellent time we had at Swissotel. They were quick to respond to our needs quickly and swiftly. The in room dining services were out of this world and very tasty! Let’s not forget the views - wow, chicago river and Lake Michigan including the views of the Navy Pier was magical. I’d highly recommend staying here even for a staycation. It’s also walkable to many many restaurants and bars. We will be back!

I had the most amazing experience as soon as I arrived 🤗 Yordi, at the front desk was super accommodating and took all my luggage up promptly upon an early arrival. He suggested different venues to check out. He was beyond helpful. I’m very impressed with the Swissotel & will definitely return for another stay❣️

The location is really great as you have everything at a walkable distance. Just across the street there’s lake view. Atmospheres is okay, lobby area doesn’t have many restaurants options but the food is good. Rooms are good. Proper cleaning done everyday. There was a laundry charge issue which we faced which took some time to resolve by multiple staff but Manager Simona E provided the right assistance and service for the confusion. I appreciate her efforts to resolve the issue and the service there after. It was really a great experience spending couple of days.
