My girlfriend wanted to visit Chicago for her birthday this year so we booked a premier king room at Swissotel with a view of the lake. The level of hospitality from the front door to the room was exceptional, including a little birthday cake and bubbles for our arrival (big shout-out to Kim for helping set this up!). The room was stunning. Perfectly clean, a massive bathroom, and at 28 stories up a fantastic view of the river and lake. We're exited to book again when the weather is warm!

Excellent place to stay during the Conference at the nearby Hyatt. I'm one who prefers to enjoy the conference and then be able to escape nearby for quiet and recharge. Being able to do that by pedway tunnel is priceless. Kia and the Hotel staff were attentive and helpful during our three day-stay

Close to the conference. Warm welcome staff. Room had bathrobes and slippers upon request. I loved the shower separate from the tub . Kia at the front desk energy was to die, for she always was eager to help answer the phones really quick every time I called down, she was taking all the calls full calls request calls her energy allow me to not feel bad to request things at the hotel
