This was an excellent hotel to visit, among my top hotel stays. Location, hotel room and amenities were all good. The city view of Chicago from the hotel room was very nice, during the day but especially at night. The hotel gym also had plenty of equipment and a good city view.

We spent a total of 20 nights at Swissotel - a business trip to USA mixed with some family time. Overall, the hospitality of the full team has been exceptional - from the initial contact with Jean, to absolutely wonderful breakfast service with Adrian Lira (thank you my friend!), Bernard's excellence at reception, to room service to check out. As with every hotel stay - the facility is seldom in perfect order - and the management team was very receptive to our comments on opportunities for improvements to guest comfort. We will be back!!!

Excellent stay in every aspect. Great approach to make great stay by Melissa. Lydia at reception was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel is located very conveniently. Suite was very spacious, comfortable and had superb view of river, city and lake. I will be happy to return when next time in Chicago.

Good hotel. Visited from Uzk, stayed 4 nights December 2024. Location short walk to attractions. Room large and comfortable. no water in room. Coffee pods, although creamer only on check in and not topped up! House keeping didn't come until 1630 on day one, did improve on further says. Hotel includes a resort fee on 25usd plus tax, for free WiFi etc, why they feel they need to charge. Does include a 15 dollar credit at the bar, but that's only really 10 if you includes tax and tip.
