Room was big and comfortable for a couple. It was comfortable that I had difficulty leaving the bed. Nothing much at izmir, but had a relaxing time at the hotel. Use teh gym, the pool and also having a full breakfast. Housekeeping was great, kept my room clean always

This was my first time in Turkey and Izmir, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic—near the beach, the marketplace, and numerous attractions, all within walking distance. The food was great, and the staff did an excellent job throughout our stay. The rooms were amazing—well-maintained, fully stocked, and very comfortable. We also held our meetings at the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The meeting rooms were well-equipped and offered a wide range of refreshments, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business stays!

I enjoyed finest Turkish hospitality at the hotel. ALL the staff-members are very friendly & helpful like Ms. Ayşe & Ms. Başak! Breakfast was awesome at this very luxurious hotel. I‘m a big fan of the SPA. Very Safe hotel, well guarded! Very clean hotel!

It was really comfortable staying for our family. When we came for us was prepare room at early morning, before 10.00am and we can relax after long flight. Front office, Mr.Berke always really friendly and he support us with all our request.

Büşra hanım and all the service team at Scarpi restaurant were wonderful,helpful and friendly people who catered every request we had.Last but not least the reception and concierge team as well as cleaning ladies especially Ms Gülay were wonderful and offered us everything we requested.Thank you and we will definitely visit again
