위치는 너무 좋은데, 시설이 조금 낡은 점이 아쉬웠다. 특히 화장실 욕조에 곰팡이와 물때는 너무 보기 안좋았다. 베게도 오래되어서인지 너무 얇아서 4개를 겹쳐서 베어야했다.

저의 생일을 축하해주셨어요! 위치는 빅토리아에서 가장 좋구요. 걱정했던 것보다 객실내부는 오래되지 않은 듯 했습니다. 제 방에 올려주신 마카롱 케이크는 너무 감동했습니다. 빅토리아에 갈 때 꼭 돌아갈께요. 감사합니다.

호텔뷰라고 봤던거같아서 예약했는데, 창문에 시트지가 붙어있어서 아무것도 볼수가 없어 답답했다. 그래서 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했는데, 남은 방이 몇개없고, 남은방들도 비슷하다고 하여 그냥 머물렀다. 호텔이 오래되고 역사가 있어서 낡은것은 이해하지만, 청소상태가 꼼꼼하지는 않았다. 샴푸등의 제품들이 오픈되어있어서 살짝 불안했다.

숙박하기 전부터 몇가지 문의사항을 메일로 보냈으나 답변을 받지 못했고 오전에 방에서 나가면서 룸청소를 요청했으나 알았다는 대답만 하고 오후 늦게까지 청소 오지 않았음. 페어몬트 계열을 많이 다녀봤지만 처음 경험하는 일이어서 당황함.
