The Interiors are very nice. It is challenging to find the driveway to parking and valet. We had a speedy and friendly check-in by Jane. We had a room with a nice view. Very quiet but in the halls you could hear babies and children crying. Room Service was amazing. Everything came hot and fresh. The pool and sauna were nice and clean.

Fantastic hotel in great location. Booked Gold level and was upgraded to a corner suite - amazing room! Check in could have gone slightly better, merely told room and where it was. Full benefit of Gold services/lounge not being explained. Figured it out ourselves. Good and varied selection of food in the lounge through the day - the extra cost of the Gold level was less than what we'd have paid on meals so an actual saving.

Perfect for accessing the airport, downtown and the attractions.

Easily accessible by public transport from the airport, this hotel doesn’t disappoint. Surrounded by designed boutiques, I had emailed in advance to say our flight was arriving very early morning and asked if we could use a shower when we arrived. We were thrilled when on arrival (8am) we were offered a choice; an upgrade to a king room, but no check in until 3 although we could use the health club showers, or they could let us access the room we had booked straight away. After a 14 hr flight this was music to our ears, so we were able to unpack, shower and even grab a couple of hours sleep before venturing out. A bonus are the two dogs at the concierge desk who help to make you feel right at home. The rooms are good sizes, the amenities great and the windows (we were on the 4th floor) glazed enough to make traffic noise minimal. A great place to stay and would do so again.

Here for a conference. Lots to like: old architecture of the building. Central location close to Skytrain. Good: rooms are clean and spacious. Lots of rooms without tub. All food, drinks, on sensor. Dont touch if you don't want to be charged! Fast elevators. The FOB activation of the elevators are a bit clunky and have to hold for a long time. Like they seem to have moved to a wood-based card, instead of plastic. Gym and pool (salt): pretty modest and nothing fancy. For a high end establishment, I would expect real plants in the common areas. Food: was conference food. Breakfast continues to disappoint. Mostly sweet pastries or meats (bacon, sausages). How about more fresh fruit, kefir, organic yogurts, whole grains? Dinner was ok. The biggest issue i had was the hotel water for the shower. Lukewarm at best. Not sure if thia was room specific or across the building. Overall, I'd come back only if rates were commensurate with level of quality and refinement. In my travels, i would pay no more thab $250 per night. Conference.got room rate deal so don't know what it costs for average person.

Great location. Friendly team. Older so small windows but very quiet and comfortable. Didn't try any food services - there is a restaurant and of course room service. Didn't try the spa or pool. Dog friendly.
