I love the Fairmont brand, but this particular hotel is an embarrassment to Fairmont. The service is mediocre, concierge hours are short and the rooms have significant stains on the bathroom wallpaper. Is it unfortunate because the structure and public areas are beautiful. I suggest going elsewhere where they maintain their property and train the staff.

Our 2nd time staying here and love this hotel. A great place to stay, relax, walk to local restaurants, Pikes Market, etc. Staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are wonderful and the restaurant is great.

Lovely building, spotty service

Though we specifically reserved a room with a sofa bed none was available on arrival. Rollaway bed promised at checkin did not arrive until after we contacted front desk again a hour later, which was virtually impossible via passive-aggressive gate-keeping phone bot. (Not made less frustrating by posh British accent.) Room was clean, mostly. (Extra blanket in closet was dirty.) Only decaf coffee provided in in-room setup. Housekeeping confused about checkout date. Overall, service was disorganized and disappointing for the price. Building is beautiful though.

I went with a group of friends to see an NFL game. (Colts). This was my first time in Seattle, and it is in a convenient location, where you can walk anywhere in 20 minutes. The Lobby Bar was one of the best i have ever seen, with freindly staff. Great atmosphere! Quick service at front desk, and clean rooms for both! Highy recommend!
