This is my 5th time in this property and I always visit every year and never disappoint. Always exceeds my expectations from food to the warmth smiles of the staff to the amenities of the property! And that is luxury! Thank you for always making our stay a memorable one

It is a sanctuary but the billing was terrible !

Overall the hotel was nice and relaxing . It will be a bit quiet for some, as there are no shoes or activities post dinner . We had booked our trip through Expedia and believed that we chose an all- inclusive package … but upon arrival we were advised it wasn’t . Not a big deal and I took it as a learning experience and my mistake . However, my issue with the hotel is upon checkout when settling the bill we were presented with an invoice which I paid - however, when we reached home and a couple days later we saw our bank statement online and noticed they charged us an added $2000 + ! My wife called the hotel and was hanged up on … definitely not a poor connection. Upon re-dial, they never answered the phone . She ended up calling the fairmont mainline and eventually spoke with someone. An email was sent stating that they did in fact overcharge as per procedure but should be reimbursed. We launched a dispute with visa preemptive in case we don’t see the charge reversed . This is quite surprising for a brand like fairmont ! And being hung up on is poor customer service and results in a poor experience!

The hotel is beautiful in the jungle and on the beach. The rooms are very nice. They could be a bit bigger....the restaurants are delicious. The kids loved the kids club. They had all sorts of activities which was nice when it rained. Be sure and take the boat tour of the property. It's very nice. It's a great place to go!

One of the most beautiful and amazing resorts! I went for a work trip but felt like I was in a slice of paradise. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is incredible, the beach is clean, the food is delicious. The service from the minute we arrived was 10/10. Fernando, my butler, made sure everything was ready and taken care of for my entire stay and made the trip amazing! Highly recommend and would stay again

Staff was extremely pleasant and professional. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Rooms were spacious and well-laid out. Balcony was wonderful. Low occupancy so the resort was very peaceful and quiet. Weather was fantastic (if a bit hot in the sun.)
