위치가 아주 좋고 room attendent가 호텔에 머무는 내내 도움이 되었습니다. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 경험이었어요.
다만 체크인시 1층 데스크의 여자 직원의 응대가 다소 아쉬웠고, 야간에 커지는 호텔 건물 외벽의 보라색 조명이 너무 별로였어요. 16년 전에 봤던 건물 모습을 생각하고 오랜만에 방문했는데 조명색이 너무 촌스러워서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. Gym과 수영장도 시설이 아주 좋지는 않았어요.

처음에 도착했을때는 우리가족을 반갑게 맞이해 주었습니다. 이른 체크인도 해주었다. 나는 조식 패키지를 예약했기 때문에 다음날 레스토랑을 찾았고, 식사를 하고 마친후에 한사람만 조식패키지에 포함된것을 알게 되었다. 나는 체크인 할때 이러한 사항을 안내 받지 못했고, 추가로 룸차지를 하면서 레스토랑 서버들은 나에게 팁을 강요했다. 아직도 그 서버의 표정을 잊을 수가 없었다. 체크아웃하는 시간에 시위자들이 호텔 로비로 몰려와 소란을 피웠고, 우리는 소음에 황급히 호텔로비를 빠져나가야만 했다. 호텔정전도 한번 있었다. 또한 비싼 세금으로 지불했지만 서비스가 별로라 다음에 또 숙박을 하고 싶지는 않아요.
