Elegante struttura ricca di servizi lungo il San Lorenzo. Si possono praticare sport acquatici, ci sono due piscine, di cui una coperta, palestra e sauna. Le parti comuni interne ed esterne sono molto spaziose. Le camere sono comode. Ottimi i ristoranti per pasti veloci e per la colazione (ricca). Personale molto attento. Pubblico numeroso, vario ed educato.

Fantastico, ma ristrutturiamo le stanze

4 stelle per struttura e amenities (piscina interna ed esterna, tennis, basket, etc) in un contesto naturale molto gradevole. Servizio e cura degli spazi comuni eccellenti 2 stelle per la stanza. Vecchia, in una struttura di questo pregio non si possono avere fan coil posticci e bagni minuscoli 3 stelle per la ristorazione. 4 ristoranti ma in settimana operativi soltanto due con prezzi decisamente alti. Una soluzione più alla mano in una struttura per famiglie serve, i bimbi la sera non vogliono una cucina stellata, probabilmente nemmeno mangiano. Aria condizionata eccessiva, se diamo agli ospiti una coperta di lana ad agosto pur di non spegnere l'aria condizionata non siamo solo idioti ma uccidiamo anche il pianeta 0 stelle per la pubblicizzazione del parcheggio. Di per se il parcheggio è gratuito ma Il car valat costa 40 dollari al giorno per portare la macchina a 100 metri dalla reception. Per carità potendo portarla da soli non è un tema, se non fosse che all'arrivo chi apre la porta al guidatore e si offre di parcheggiare non dice che si può sostare gratuitamente a pochi passi, proprio dove lui va a mettere la macchina

Il parco è molto bello , la struttura è storica . Le stanze sono piccole, i letti matrimoniali da una piazza e mezza e il bagno Old Style andrebbe rinnovato . Le bici a disposizione non sono granché . Non abbiamo mangiato in hotel e forse ne valeva la pena rispetto ad un bistrot del paese consigliato dal concierge scarso

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel. L’esterno si presenta curato, tuttavia, nonostante lo standing di questa struttura: - la camera NON viene rifatta quotidianamente; - la vasca da bagno ha la tenda; - non ci è stato fornito aiuto per portare le valigie in camera nonostante il parcheggio non sia immediatamente vicino all’entrata; - la camera era piccola e datata. Non abbiamo cenato nella struttura: i prezzi ci sembrano alti (sopra la media canadese) e nella vicinissima Montebello si trovano dei posti carini sia per cena che per colazione.
