Pros: * fantastic location to ski in and out. * very comfortable rooms and shared spaces. * having the ski butler and ski valet on site was very helpful. * great heated outdoor pools (try the lower one followed by the higher one, not the other way round!). * we made a lot of use of the sauna. * the breakfasts were very good given that it was a buffet. * the reception staff and staff serving at breakfast were always very helpful. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. Cons: * check your bill. Ours wasn’t right, though this ultimately was quickly corrected. * they could do with an extra person preparing egg dishes at breakfast. The queue was often off putting. * our only real issue here, hence 4* instead of 5*, was the lack of organisation when seating guests for breakfast. Either their computerised system is too complicated or their staff are not sufficiently trained. For several days there were unnecessary queues when you could see with your own eyes that there were enough available tables that had been prepared. The problem with this system probably caused the issue with our final bill (see above). Conclusion: This is a tremendous hotel and was a different level to ski resort accommodation that we have experienced in Europe. Some attention to the organisation around breakfast would make it exceptional. We would definitely go again.

Our stay on the Fairmont Tremblant Gold floor was nothing short of outstanding and easily ranks among the best luxury hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Fairmont Gold at Tremblant operates on a completely elevated level of service, comfort, and attention to detail. The Gold Floor Experience The Gold floor itself feels like a private hotel within the hotel. The dedicated Gold reception desk immediately sets the tone — calm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was seamless, efficient, and warm, with staff taking the time to explain amenities rather than rushing through formalities. The Gold Lounge is an absolute highlight. It is beautifully appointed with cozy seating, mountain-inspired décor, and panoramic views that make it a destination in itself. The daily culinary offerings were consistently excellent: • A generous and well-curated breakfast with fresh fruit, pastries, hot items, and quality coffee • Thoughtful afternoon snacks perfect after a day on the mountain • A refined evening canapé service that felt closer to a boutique cocktail reception than a hotel perk Everything was impeccably maintained, replenished promptly, and presented with care. The Room Our Gold room was immaculate, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally plush, with premium linens that made sleep effortless after full days in Tremblant. Housekeeping was flawless — discreet, timely, and meticulous. Every detail, from the turndown service to the amenities, reflected true luxury hospitality. Location & Ski Convenience The ski-in/ski-out access is unbeatable. Being able to move effortlessly between the slopes and the hotel, especially with the added comfort of the Gold floor, made the entire trip feel seamless and stress-free. The Fairmont Tremblant is perfectly positioned at the heart of the village while still maintaining a sense of tranquility and exclusivity. Outstanding Leadership & Service – Mickael Ferreira What truly elevated this stay from excellent to unforgettable was the leadership and service provided by Mickael Ferreira, Fairmont Gold Director. His presence is felt throughout the Gold experience. Mickael exemplifies what luxury hospitality should be — attentive without being intrusive, professional yet genuinely warm. He took the time to personally ensure our stay was perfect, anticipating needs before they were even expressed. His attention to detail, commitment to guest satisfaction, and pride in his team are immediately apparent. Under his leadership, the Fairmont Gold team operates with remarkable consistency, grace, and excellence. It is clear that Mickael sets a very high standard, and the entire Gold floor reflects that vision. Final Thoughts Fairmont Tremblant Gold is not just an upgrade — it is a destination experience in itself. Between the exceptional lounge, the flawless service, the comfort of the rooms, and the outstanding leadership of Mickael Ferreira, this stay exceeded every expectation. We would not hesitate to return, and we would specifically choose the Gold floor again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a truly refined, personalized, and memorable stay in Tremblant.

Another wonderful experience with the Fairmont, Tremblant Hotel. We come because it’s beautiful. The service is top notch from the parking valet to the check-in. Our stay was on the Fairmont gold level. Can’t say enough about the concierge team. Our dietary preferences is vegetarian vegan, the food was amazing. Lots of selection, freshly prepared quality ingredients delicious! We love the spa, the outdoor hot pool, the sauna and the steam room. Very relaxing after a great day on the slopes. The axe bar and Grill make wonderful cocktails and we always enjoy a meal there as well. The staff is well trained, courteous, friendly, and professional. This isn’t necessarily the case at hotels that are twice the price worldwide. We will always come back here, knowing that they are consistent in providing a great experience. Seeing the deer eating the Evergreen about 10 foot away when you’re in the hot tub is pretty spectacular.

Off season stay was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay here in late November. Being the off-season, the hotel was peaceful and never felt crowded, which made the experience even more relaxing. The spa circuit was a highlight for us — moving between the hot tub, the warm pool, and the cold plunge was amazing and so well maintained. The on-site Axe restaurant was excellent, with great service and delicious food. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully set up. Overall, we were really pleased with our off season stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

An almost perfect stay

We recently stayed at the Fairmont Tremblant for four nights as a luxury getaway. Although there were other options available at Mont Tremblant, none of them had an indoor pool available, so that made the Fairmont an easy choice. As my wife does not tolerate the cold well and is currently unable to walk any significant distances, she was looking forward to being able to get in some exercise in the indoor pool. Upon our arrival, we found the service to be excellent. All of the staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful, without exception. We were upgraded to a recently renovated King room, which was very pleasant and comfortable. The main restaurant at the hotel was excellent, and the access to the village was convenient. There were in fact only two negative issues that we encountered during our stay, which is why the rating of 4 rather than 5 stars. First was that the newly replaced door handles to the rooms were extremely difficult to open, to the point that my wife was unable to do so, and I had use a lot of force. Had I had arthritis, I doubt that I would have been able to do it. The second issue was the indoor pool that my wife had been looking forward to. It was extremely cold, so that was a major disappointment. When we inquired about the temperature, we were told it was only 85 degrees F. We were told on our first morning that the problem would be addressed, but the pool was never any warmer during our stay. Since that pool was the major deciding factor in choosing the Fairmont, that was a disappointment. To finish on a good note, I reiterate that the service was excellent, and one reception agent in particular, Caro, went out of her way to make us as comfortable as possible. I want to draw attention to her outstanding service and empathy.
