Our first Christmas away as a family was spent at the Chateau and it set the bar very high for future holiday travel. Everything was 5-star from the food in the restaurants to the incredibly warm and friendly service and the beautifully appointed rooms and suites. A few standouts were... - The concierge team, especially our suite concierge member Alex, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome and that it was a special stay for our family. - The servers in the restaurants, including Chin, Tessa, and Benjamin (Fairview restaurant), and Brock, the bartender, who led an excellent mixology class we attended. - The incredible spa staff, especially Jazmine, who gave me an absolutely fabulous massage, and the young lady who led the Sound Bath we attended. - The adventure staff, including Douglas, who took us on an unforgettable tour to Johnston Canyon, and was SO knowledgeable! The hotel is the perfect setting to celebrate the holidays, festive and warm, with a gorgeous view of Lake Louise outside almost every window. We can't wait to return!

This hotel is set in a truly stunning location. We had an amazing view of the lake from our double room, which was exceptionally spacious — almost apartment-sized. The ensuite was also very generous, and the room was well equipped with two wardrobes, providing plenty of storage. The only downsides were practical ones. The lighting in the room was rather poor, which unfortunately seems to be typical of many hotels, and there was nowhere suitable to hang clothing if you needed to do any hand washing. Overall, a beautiful setting and an impressively large, comfortable room - we hope to stay again one day.

Lovely hotel, well situated on the lake with great amenities. The room was beautiful overlooking the lake but sadly aircon wasn’t working and room was at 26.5 degrees. After 3 hours where we’d had lunch, explored hotel and swam in the pool, the room was still at 26.5, so reception arranged for us to view 4 rooms to decide where we wanted. We chose the room below our original which was at 19 degrees in preference to a couple of suites which were also hot or had no view. Restaurant was amazing and I had requested a table with a view and we certainly got it! Breakfast was very good and we were able to help ourselves to cakes and coffee etc on leaving to take with us on our journey. Lina at reception was great in helping us check in and sort out the move from our room. Valet parking was excellent too Fab hotel and will return
