It’s wonderful to hear that you felt warmly welcomed throughout your visit—from unloading your luggage to check-in and check-out. Providing attentive and genuine service is something our team truly cares about, so your kind words mean a great deal. We’re also glad you enjoyed our location and found it convenient for walking into the town center, as well as your overall experience at the hotel. While we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your overall stay, I would like to sincerely apologize for the challenge you experienced with the water pressure.
