Room in the basement.

We were put in a building next to the hotel in a basement room next to a delivery room. No services available. For the money we paid for a room this is horrible. I was so excited to stay at the Fairmont but so disappointed. Never again. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Absolutely horrible.

Yes the bathrooms are small but who cares

This hotel is a classic old hotel. Although the rooms have been recently renovated there is only so much you can do with the bathrooms. It was not a problem for my wife and I during our 4 night stay, and the service quality and hotel amenities more than make up for it. Every staff member from the valets to the front deck staff to the restaurant servers was amazing. I would especially like to call out Alex and Gina from the Adventure Center who provided us with two amazing guided hiking experiences - one to Morainne Lake and one to the top of Tunnel Mountain at sunrise. Both were once in a lifetime experiences we will never forget.

Overfill & understaffed. The hotel was totally full & couldn’t cater for all the guests. This was a special birthday treat, we couldn’t wait to love on to the wonderful lake Louise fairmont. The staff were all polite & friendly, just not enough of them to run breakfast/car parking etc etc smoothly.

Beautiful hotel

This is a beautiful hotel within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. The hotel is very busy and huge. We stayed in a suite which was huge. After staying in a regular room for several days it was so nice to be able to stretch out. Food is quite expensive in the hotel, so if we return we will eat in town more. No complaints here.
