Gostaria de registrar nossa insatisfação com o check-in. Fomos colocadas no último quarto do hotel, com uma vista lateral e praticamente para os fundos, além de termos esperado bastante para conseguir entrar no quarto. O mais desagradável foi ver outras pessoas que chegaram depois de nós conseguirem seus quartos antes.
Ficamos nos perguntando se o fato de sermos três mulheres influenciou de alguma forma no tratamento que recebemos, o que seria bastante preocupante. Esperávamos uma experiência muito melhor.

Eu e minha esposa nos hospedamos em uma das suítes "Gold", sem saber exatamente o que estava incluído na tarifa. O valor é alto, mas totalmente compátível com a excelente experiência que tivemos. Equipe extremamente cortês e atenciosa, serviços de altíssima qualidade, e o quarto tinha uma vista excpecional do lago. Tudo perfeito.

Experimentamos dificuldades no começo de nossa estadia de 6 dias em razão da lotação do hotel, que recebeu grupos de turistas sem estar organizado para tanto. Chegamos ao ponto de aguardarmos 30 minutos para o café da manhã e quase não conseguimos um restaurante para jantar, não fosse pela interferência de Lizzy Ferrier que, após o relato do ocorrido, se desdobrou em esforços para reverter nosso desapontamento com o hotel. Ao final, contudo, a qualidade do atendimento (exceto pelo senhor encarregado da reserva de mesas nos restaurantes, o qual não fazia o menor esforço para ser minimamente simpático, além de informar não haver disponibilidade quando, posteriormente, conseguimos lugar diretamente no restaurante), dos serviços e das instalações nos fez esquecer dos contratempos e adorar nossa estadia.
