My family stayed two nights at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, and it was a fantastic stay. Our Gold room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The interactions before our arrival, and special touches they left for us and our son were so sweet and appreciated. Our server Junie in the lounge was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed, and the omelet chef provided us with great conversation and recommendations. The location will always be beautiful, even with some of the current construction that is underway (thankfully hardly obtrusively), but it was truly the staff at this hotel that made this stay particularly fantastic.

This was our second trip to the Fairmount and we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. We stayed on the Gold floor with stunning views and its own lounge for breakfast. The service was OUTSTANDING from the moment we arrived to departure: everyone made us feel wanted and special. We will be back !!!

We were greeted with friendly staff from the time we came and everywhere we went. A bottle of sparkling wine, some chocolate-covered strawberries, beautiful flowers plus a customized birthday card and of course the pretty birthday towel cake from the housekeeping made my daughter’s day. Junie, one of the staff during our breakfast at the Gold lounge, was extremely welcoming and sociable. The GOLD experience is exemplary. Will definitely be back!

Another iconic hotel and location ticked off the bucket list. Perfect visit, lake still frozen and snowing. Room over looking lake small but well equipped and furnished but who cares the 'view '. Spent on night here, breakfast excellent and dinner over looking lake amazing. Will come back, a thank you to all staff

What started out as something on the bucket list 3 years ago has become a yearly tradition. When we arrived we got a free upgrade to a junior suite with lake views . Absolutely breathtaking. We flew over from Australia & would recommend this 100%
