Todo fue perfecto, la habitación la esperaba mas grande la verdad, la alberca común la deberían mejorar, también las batas de baño, el extractor del baño era ruidoso y el agua de la regadera se estancaba, el personal siempre fue muy amable, las instalaciones increíbles. Espero regresar pronto.

muy bien , solo la alberca se me hizo muy pequeña para el numero de huespedes, ya que todos queriamos estar en el Jacuzzi y habia muchos niños

Es una maravilla de hotel, en el que el corazón en realidad está en su personal o equipo de trabajo, que entregan lo mejor de sí, con una altísima calidad de servicio al huésped, para hacernos sentir únicos, cada empleado busca lo mejor para el huésped, es asombrosa la búsqueda de la excelencia en todos. El hotel es una experiencia de realeza, cada facilidad e instalaciones completamente funcionales, de exquisito gusto, conservando esa aura tradicional victoriana y coronando el paisaje sublime que ofrece Lake Louise.

Nos hospedamos por 3 noches, la habitación era súper espaciosa y frente al lago. La atención de todos en Fairmont Gold es excepcional. Solo tuvimos un problema con el front desk principal (no gold) pero la verdad que posterior a eso nos atendieron increíble. El Basin es un must. Vale cada peso

Simplemente fue espectacular el alojamiento y n Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, el staff es fantástico, el servicio en el piso exclusivo para clientes Gold, fue de otro nivel, viajé con niños pequeños y quedaron fascinados por los detalles del staff, celebramos el cumpleaños de mi esposa y se lucieron con las sorpresas y amenidades. Fue una estancia perfecta y agradezco mucho al hotel y su staff por tan maravillosa experiencia!
