이번 투숙에서 아코르 SNU(Suite Night Award)를 활용해 스위트룸에 머물렀습니다.
객실 입실 초기에는 한동안 사용하지 않았던 방이었는지 커튼과 문에 약간의 문제가 있었습니다. 하지만 문의 후 정비 직원분께서 매우 빠르게 방문하여 매끄럽게 조치해 주신 덕분에 큰 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 신속하고 친절했던 대응에 감사드립니다.
투숙 기간 동안 즐겼던 해안가 낚시 액티비티는 매우 만족스러웠고 기억에 오래 남을 만큼 좋았습니다. 호텔 내 레스토랑의 음식과 서비스 역시 훌륭하여 전반적인 투숙 만족도는 매우 높았습니다.

이번 투숙에서 아코르 SNU(Suite Night Award)를 활용해 스위트룸에 머물렀습니다.
객실 입실 초기에는 한동안 사용하지 않았던 방이었는지 커튼과 문에 약간의 문제가 있었습니다. 하지만 문의 후 정비 직원분께서 매우 빠르게 방문하여 매끄럽게 조치해 주신 덕분에 큰 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 신속하고 친절했던 대응에 감사드립니다.
투숙 기간 동안 즐겼던 해안가 낚시 액티비티는 매우 만족스러웠고 기억에 오래 남을 만큼 좋았습니다. 호텔 내 레스토랑의 음식과 서비스 역시 훌륭하여 전반적인 투숙 만족도는 매우 높았습니다.
직원분들의 훌륭한 서비스와 매력적인 프로그램 덕분에 즐거운 시간을 보냈지만, 앞으로 스위트룸 객실의 사전 점검과 지속적인 시설 관리에도 조금 더 신경 써주신다면 한층 더 완벽한 아코르의 경험이 될 것 같습니다.

우리는 이틀을 묵었고 매우 아름다운 경험을 했다. 룸 컨디션도 좋았으며, 웰컴 샴페인도 맛있었다. 늘 수영하다가 중간중간 방에 들어왔는데 그때마다 방 청소는 늘 완벽했다. 게다가 골드 라운지의 직원들은 매우 친절했으며 음식들도 말할 것도 없이 완벽했다. 내부에 있는 레스토랑에서도 식사를 했는데 그들 역시 매우 세심했고 서비스와 음식에 감동했다. 삼일간의 꿈만 같은 기억을 선사해줘서 정말 감사하다.

하와이에 머무르는 동안 페어몬트 외 다른 지역 및 숙소에도 숙박하였지만 빅아일랜드의 아름다운 일몰과 뷰를 감상하기에 이보다 더 좋은 위치는 없는것 같습니다. 또한 페어몬트 오키드의 프라이빗 비치도 한적하게 즐기기 너무 좋고 24시간 운영되는 야외풀 및 핫텁도 부족함 없는 선베드와 함께 깨끗하게 수영을 즐기기에 너무 좋은 시설이 갖추어져있고 호텔 내 레스토랑들은 멀리 나가지 않고도 멋진 뷰를 보며 너무나 맛있는 식사를 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 모닥불 등도 소소한 행복한 기억을 만드는 데 큰 부분을 차지했네요. 휴가 기간동안 좋은 기억을 만들어 주셔서 감사합니다.
