The resort was absolutely beautiful & clean. It was my first time in Bermuda and I loved it. The hotel staff & food were great!!!!!!!!! The staff always made sure you were happy and went beyond the call of duty . YURI RAINOVSKY & GIGI were so accommodating, they made us feel right at home. They made sure our first visit there wouldn't be our last as they made sure we were smiling all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to book another trip next fall. With staff members like YURI RAINOVSKY & GIGI how can you go wrong. They are tremendous assets to the resort and management.

My daughter and I had a wonderful and unforgettable stay in Fairmont Gold. We love the breakfast, afternoon tea and evening snacks, my daughter enjoyed the infinity pool. Amit the Manager, Rolly, Pasqoal, Alisha, Vitoria, Malisa and Pearl went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

The staff are great-really make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. Check-in was easy and fast and the staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I have stayed here many times and would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Bermuda and experience its heart

O hotel é uma galeria de arte, que só por si vale a visita mesmo não ficando hospedado. O staff muito simpático, super atenciosos, a comida variada e bem servida. O quarto excelente, com uma cama bem grande e espaçosa. Sempre tudo muito limpo e com grande cuidado. A vista para o mar é bonita, com tons de azul típicos do caribe. A localização é boa, a cidade não é grande dá para andar a pé por todo o lado e fica a 10 minutos do cais dos ferrys.
