Lunch with a side of magic, Virendra is so bubbly and sweet and he does card tricks! And our server Maria was very attentive. Also the hot sauce is excellent!!

My husband and I stayed at the Fairmont in Bermuda for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. We were upgraded to a Harbor View Suite, and the view was absolutely stunning. The suite was very spacious, which made it easy and comfortable to relax indoors when the weather wasn’t great. Check-in was seamless and welcoming. Breakfast was decent overall; however, it lacked variety for guests staying for an extended period. The restaurant service was exceptional, especially that of Grace —always smiling and genuinely welcoming each morning. Access to the Fairmont Gold Lounge was completely worth it. The afternoon and evening offerings were excellent, and there were nights we skipped dinner because we enjoyed the food and drinks there so much. Special thanks to Rolly and Pascoal, who were consistently attentive, friendly, and professional despite being very busy. The hotel provides a shuttle to the beach, which we initially saw as a downside since we prefer walking. However, the shuttle was always on time and comfortable, and we quickly got used to it. Beach facilities were clean and orderly, and we enjoyed playing pickleball and tennis.. As it was winter, there was no food service at the beach, so guests should plan accordingly. Cydney from the concierge was extremely helpful in securing New Year’s Eve reservations and even managed to get us a last-minute table at Intrepid when it was fully booked—excellent food and service. At the end of our stay, our flight was cancelled, and Vijay at reception handled everything brilliantly. He extended our stay in the same room and even offered a complimentary room to freshen up before our 8 pm flight. Overall, fantastic service, beautiful views, and a very comfortable stay. We would happily return.

Ma fille et moi avons passé un séjour exceptionnel, tout était absolument parfait. L’hôtel est en soi une véritable attraction avec ses œuvres d’art et son emplacement unique au bord de l’eau. Le beach club est un atout majeur : on peut y faire du paddle board, nager dans une mer calme et se détendre dans les hamacs. Le service était impeccable. Fernandes, Jessa et Stacy ont tous contribué à rendre notre voyage encore plus agréable.

O hotel é uma galeria de arte, que só por si vale a visita mesmo não ficando hospedado. O staff muito simpático, super atenciosos, a comida variada e bem servida. O quarto excelente, com uma cama bem grande e espaçosa. Sempre tudo muito limpo e com grande cuidado. A vista para o mar é bonita, com tons de azul típicos do caribe. A localização é boa, a cidade não é grande dá para andar a pé por todo o lado e fica a 10 minutos do cais dos ferrys.
