From the time we arrived and were greeted by Vitoria, Rolly, and Pascal, it was like coming home (for the 3rd time). We have spent Thanksgiving here at the Princess for the past three years and each time has been great. The rooms are very clean, and quiet. For reference, we were a gold floor guest. The lounge is relaxing, and a great place to enjoy a cocktail before dinner. The location could not be better. It is easy to walk all around Hamilton, the ferry and local bus systems are easy to use to visit all the sights of Bermuda. We can’t wait to return.

I really enjoyed Frostbite! This atmosphere was beautiful, fun, cozy and well decorated! Location is central, spacious and love the new look for the festive season. Prices and food was excellent and service by Maria was exceptional! She was accommodating, made great suggestions and really friendly. Please stay open till at least January 2026. I would love to come back with my family!

Had a lovely dinner at 1609, where Aldrin was our server. My wife and I brought our two children and we all enjoyed the colorful sunset and harbor views, as well as the attentive service. Drinks and food arrived promptly, with the children’s meal showing up first (always a welcome accommodation!). Will certainly return.
