More an institution than a mere hotel, the Fairmont Copley Plaza maintains its beautiful historic rooms and facilities to the highest of standards and we stay here on our business visit to Boston every December. This year I arrived without luggage thanks to a glitch in the airline's systems, and the Fairmont team did everything they could to assist, from finding me a spare charger for my laptop to keeping a weather eye out for my luggage. A shout out goes to concierge Joe for his empathetic assistance and to Sales Coordinator Samantha for taking such good care of us both before our arrival and during our short stay.

My wife and I just returned from our annual Anniversary stay at the Fairmont Copley. To make it special and because of needs I do add some requests for this stay. Immediately after my requests Sales Manager Samantha Gelerman directly at the hotel contacted me and offered to assist in making this a memorable stay. Sure enough throughout our stay every request was provided for From request of a low floor room to an upgrade room to specific dining reservations to early check in and late check out and more - it was all provided and stay was Perfect! We love the hotel and all the excellent. Staff services . With the services provided, historic facility, top location in Copley Square, wonderful Oak Kitchen Restaurant and Bar directly on property, and outstanding shopping complex right next door it is just the Best hotel in Boston !

What a beautiful hotel in a great location. We stayed a couple of nights to go to the ballet and Boston pops. The staff were great and the hotel is very classic inside. Boston baked beans were great for breakfast.

The location was great as it is conveniently located in the center. The beds were very comfy and they have umbrellas inside the room. I was very grateful to Caroline for doing that extra mile to my daughter who was having her birthday the next day.

lovely traditional hotel, restaurant and bar very nice upmarket dining rooms large but not very modern more on the traditional side. exceptional room service, close to parks and library Family pet in lobby - black dog, very friendly close to airport
