My wife and I stayed at the Fairmont Copley Plaza for a weekend to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The hotel and the Oak Long Bar and Restaurant staff ensured that we had a fantastic stay. The hotel is beautiful and you really get to experience classical Boston architecture. The rooms are spacious with the one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. We ate breakfast and lunch in the Oak Long Bar and Restaurant each day. The food is excellent and the service was outstanding. The manager Denise was attentive to our needs and was very knowledgeable about the best things to do nearby. The hotel staff was equally as helpful during our stay. Shout out to Diogo at the front desk and Joe (and Cori) the concierge who with Denise all contributed to making it a memorable 40th anniversary weekend.

We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. This was our second time staying at the property - both times were fantastic. In our most recent stay we were on the Gold floor and really enjoyed the lounge. All of the staff in the hotel is extraordinarily friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. In the Gold lounge the staff also does an amazing job with the food and drinks. The rooms are spacious and very functional. My daughters especially enjoyed the premium shower products! The location can't be beat - very, very convenient to everything. I will be staying here on all future trips to Boston - assuming availability :).

Wow wow wow. From the moment we walked through the doors. The Experience of staying at this beautiful hotel began. I and my two daughters stayed on the Gold Floor and to say we were treated like Family was brilliant so much so I have adopted Khadija ,Kevin ,Gilbert and all the other Gold staff. Our room was huge for the 3 of us the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast and the evening canopies were delicious and filling. An as for Princess Cori who was a little sweetheart. Thank you Joe for letting us have a cuddle. Hope she enjoyed her toy. I cannot recommend this beautiful hotel so much. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. God bless you all x

My favorite part of staying here is fresh hot coffee delivered to our room via room service. It feels like the ultimate luxury. Staff is always polite and very responsive.
