Great traditional hotel, perfect location, very cozy, excellent service; some parts of the hotel & rooms needs basic maintenance and updating. They should also get rid of the "resort fee"; what is this, a hotel or a resort?

Such a great location, atmosphere, amenities and customer service. I will never stay anywhere else when visiting Boston. The hotel is quintessential Boston, smack dab in the center of the city with on/off accessibility to the T and Mass Pike. The service here is second to none, truly the nicest and most welcoming staff I’ve ever seen.

We had a wonderful stay - staff were so kind, attentive, helpful and very accommodating. Marathon weekend had to be a busy challenge for the city, the hotel and all staff but you never would have known that! We were welcomed immediately and our stay was top notch from that point on. Everything was on point and we had an absolutely comfortable stay at Fairmont Copley.
