We had a large suite with a comfortable bed and multiple lounge chairs in the living area. We had a nice balcony and a large bathroom. The room was too hot but we were able to leave the balcony door open for cooling. The room had great soundproofing. We looked at the thermal pool, but it was extremely crowded, so we didn't go in. Breakfast was okay, with the made to order omelettes being the highlight.

Мы приехали для посещения горнолыжного курорта Улудаг и знакомства с городом семьёй. Сам отель очень понравился, сервис на высоком уровне, большие номера, отличный завтрак и в ресторане на верхнем этаже с панорамным видом отличный ужин. Удобное расположение к старому городу, а также к Улудаг удобно было добираться. Отель расположен на склоне вдалеке от шума города. Великолепный СПА, проводили каждый вечер после активного дня. В номерах тепло, чисто, очень удобные подушки! Всё на очень высоком уровне, на следующий сезон планируем вернуться в отель, т.к. стоимость проживания и сервис очень радуют!

We had a family dinner to celebrate our engagement. The service was excellent, and the food was incredibly delicious. Nice hotel with good rooms with stunning views. The wifi worked. The dinner was a little restrictive, this maybe because I was with a tour group, I was OK but I believe the vegetarians had issues. Never used the spa as only there one night.
