I recently stayed at Movenpick Bursa and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The service was outstanding; the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with any needs. I truly appreciated their warm hospitality. Room was reasonably spacious however the bathroom was very small and awkward to manoeuvre around with toilet located behind door. Service very friendly and breakfast a very nice buffet. Location of hotel was okay, close to shops and facilities. Ask for room with bigger bathroom.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Rifat for upgrading our room for free and taking care of us. The hotel has a beautiful location, reasonable prices, delicious food, and a very peaceful atmosphere. We will definitely come back again. Ms. Hatice at the bar is very talented and respectful.
