Nos chambres ont une surface minimum de 16m². Vous disposez d'un espace convivialité dans le lobby, disponible 24/7, avec une fontaine à eau filtrée, thé et café à volonté. Nous regrettons que, malgré tout le soin et l'attention que nos équipes apportent chaque matin à la préparation du petit-déjeuner, la fraîcheur des produits proposés ne vous ait pas donné entière satisfaction. A titre d'exemple, pains et viennoiseries sont cuits sur place par nos équipes au fur et à mesure afin d'offrir une qualité optimale. Nous proposons également un jus d'orange frais pressé à la minute, etc.

As you use a pseudonym, it is unfortunately not possible for us to identify you in order to provide you with a personalized answer. Please note, however, that if your booking was indeed for our establishment, which we doubt since our hotel only has 60 rooms and not 200 as you indicate in your comment, and that it had been made for 3 people, the all beds would have been prepared before your arrival. And even if this had not been the case, our teams are present and available 24/7, and the necessary would have been done within minutes of your check-in. A staff member is also permanently present at breakfast, and she ensures that the breakfast buffet is continuously replenished so that everyone can find all the products offered whatever the time. Likewise, if despite this vigilance, a product were to be missing, simply make a request to the teams present and the product would immediately be replenished. It is always surprising to discover when reading a comment that a stay would not have been as satisfactory as desired even though we had not previously heard about it. Our teams are constantly available and attentive to our guests to enable them to have a stay that is as pleasant as possible. Do not hesitate to contact them if necessary.
