From onset of checking in, the staffs of Mercure Yangon have been extremely helpful and accommodating. The Breakfast Buffet spread has variety and quite tasty. HOUSEKEEPING STAFFS AUGUSTER & KAUNG PYAE PHYO ARE THE BEST 👍😊

장기 출장으로 방문하게 된 Mercure Hotel에 직원들의 친절함과 깨끗한 환경 그리고 조식을 하는 Micasa 레스토랑은 만족하기에 충분한 조건을 가지고 있습니다. 그래서 새로운 인연을 맺게 되어 향후 출장시에도 다시 방문할 계획입니다. 수영장 수질은 매일 아침 점검하는 것 같았고, 물도 상당히 깨끗합니다. 자주 수영을 못하는 것이 아쉽네요. 미얀마 양곤에 오시는 분들에게 강력히 추천 합니다. 특히, 6층을 담당 하는 Housekeeper Ms. Auguster 양는 고객을 배려하는 것이 마치 가족을 위해 준비하는 사람 같습니다. I visited the Mercure Hotel on a long-term business trip, and the friendliness of the staff, clean environment, and the Micasa restaurant, which serves breakfast, were enough to satisfy me. So, I made a new connection and plan to visit again on future business trips. The pool water quality seemed to be checked every morning, and the water was quite clean. It's a pity that I can't swim often. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yangon, Myanmar. In particular, Ms. Housekeeper in charge of the 6th floor. Ms. Auguster is as caring about her customers as she is about providing for her family.

This is the hotel where I have stayed comfortably for the past 70 days. I am grateful to the staff who helped me live without any inconvenience as it was my first time working in Yangon. My day here starts with waking up in the morning and taking a warm shower. I turn on the hot water and wake up with warm water pouring down my entire body from the clean and spacious shower booth. The hotel breakfast alternates between Western, Japanese, Chinese, and Myanmar food every day, and I was able to enjoy a delicious breakfast. I enjoy eating omelettes with cheese and vegetables. I really like it because I order it from the chef and it is made right away. One thing that is disappointing is that Korean food only has kimchi. Breakfast ends with a cup of warm Americano. And then I go to work. When I come home from work, the laundry I left in the morning has arrived ironed and in a well-organized room. In addition, the small plants I personally grow in my room are well managed so that they do not wither. I really like this and I am really grateful for the attention to detail provided by the staff managing my room. I think eating well is really important when living abroad. Living for a long time makes it difficult to buy dinner every day. There is a kitchen here, and there are dishes, a microwave, a rice cooker, and a refrigerator. I prepare and eat a simple dinner myself without any burden. Afterwards, finish the day with a workout at the hotel's gym and sleep in a comfortable bed. On weekend afternoons, you can relax by the outdoor pool while drinking iced coffee, or enjoy afternoon tea at a discounted price at the hotel bar. I like that there is a pool and bar next to it. Mercure Kaban Aye located not very far from Yangon International Airport. Strategic location for staying in Myanmar. Cuisines served well and delicious. Staffs were also very helpful. I must say the hotel was recommended for business trip in Myanmar
