Great hotel. For the cost. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms have a good layout and comfortable bed. The breakfast was extensive. A wide range of local foods and breads. It's a good location with cafe and 2 indomarts very close.

Great location. We really lover the character of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providinh upgrades when available. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part the city

The room was very comfy,clean and everything works well.also the view,directly to swiming pool nice. Pak ade was very helful and super kind to help throughout enything that i needed while i stayed there.All the staff,from to housekeeping was very ftiendly and gave me a welcome feeling to the hotel

The hotel is nice and easy access to every place. I stayed at ibis styles twice this year. And I feel comfortable, like a comfortable inside. And also the staff is humble and helpful,almost all the staff are kind and friendly, the food is also delicious. thanks

Very happy with my stay at ibis Styles Jatibening. The staffs have been very helpful, and they tried to fulfill the requests I asked.. started with emailing the reservation team, I requested a mirror drawing if it was possible. I also asked the front office during my first my stay for my next one, and they responded they never done it before but will try to ask the team. The reservation team also mentioned they couldn’t fulfill my request which was fine. But then when I checked in, to my surprise they did write a mirror greeting + decor! I was so happy. Also, thank you mas Mada for helping very much from the moment I checked in until check out. He has been very helpful and helped me a lot with storing cake, opening a bottle etc. Will definitely come back again. Thank you Reservation, Housekeeping, Security & front office team for the warm hospitality! 💜
