Het hotel zit op een goede locatie op Langkawi. Heerlijk bedden en prima ontbijt. Mooi zwembad alleen jammer dat er geen parasols bij de bedjes stonden. We kregen wel eerst een verkeerde kamer, maar dit werd heel netjes en snel opgelost door het personeel. Met speciale dank aan Shiva😉

Séjour parfait au mercure hôtel.. Accueil, propreté, service tout y était.. je recommande vivement. Une mention spécial à shifa pour son professionnalisme et son accueil. L'hôtel est très bien située.. beaucoup de choses à faire sur l'île. Plage juste en face de l'hôtel

Les chambres sont très spacieuse et décoré avec goût, le balcon est un vrai plus.. Le staff est très professionnel, souriant et très réactif. Nous avons a apprécié également le hall de l’hôtel qui donne sur un bar et la piscine en même temps c’est super sympa!

Het is overal dichtbij. Geweldige service en lekkere ontbijt. Wij zaten ook op het 4e etage met het ocean view. Het was best mooi om te zien. Het strand is dus ook lekker dichtbij. Het bed was ook echt lekker. Je ligt gewoon comfortabel en je zit zo in een diepe slaap :)

Остановились на сутки перед отлетом. Все хорошо, качественно, соответствует ценнику. Правда при заселении произошел следующий момент. Мы приехали около 15.00, менеджер на рецепции забрал мой паспорт и сказал, что наш номер будет готов только к 17.00 и нам нужно подождать. Нам совсем не хотелось торчать 2 часа в холле, тем более после дороги, и я попросил отменить бронь, вернуть мне деньги и паспорт. И случилось чудо!!! Номер моментально оказался готовым. Вроде бы приличный отель и такое мелочное вымогательство!?
