Уютный отель, убранная территория, очень удачное расположение. Номера в отеле просторные, уютные, очень хорошо убираются. В номерах центральное кондиционирование, поэтому температура по всему номеру равномерная. Очень внимательный персонал - готов помочь, что-то подсказать. На территории отеля чистый бассейн, есть шезлонги, можно взять полотенце. Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки. Просторный обеденный зал с возможностью позавтракать на террасе, чистые столы. Есть как местная кухня, так и европейская - выбор есть и он большой. В качестве рекомендации могу сказать - хочется вернуться сюда снова.

J ai passé un très bon sejour à l'hôtel mercure langkawi. Le personnel est très competent et serviable. L'hôtel est très propre. Il est au calme tout en étant dans le centre ville. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. La piscine est au top. La mer est juste en face a 100 metres. Mon fils a oublié sa sacoche à la réception et un membre du personnel nous l'a ramenée à l'aéroport. Merci à tout le personnel pour ce magnifique séjour.

Habitación muy cómoda, personal de recepción a la hora de checking no dan ninguna explicación sobre horarios de restaurante y bares, tampoco cómo funciona wifi. En bares siempre falta algo de bebida nunca hay Coca Cola ni tampoco primeras marcas de gin o whiski. En restaurantes nunca hubo pizza y en desayuno se acabó el yogur y y no tenían más tampoco. Les sobran estrellas a este hotel por las carencias que tiene en servicios

El hotel en si está muy bien, aunque muy caro para los servicios que dan y precios que hay en la zona.lo malo malísimo es que nunca hay de nada. Pides pizza(acabada).pides yogurt(acabado)pides gin bombai y solo queda segunda marca, pides un vino de carta y te sacan otro el doble precio por no tener el solicitado. Cola zero no tienen. Y así un largo listado. Mejor quiten la carta y al ir al restaurante te digan que puedes comer ese día. Las instalaciones están bien pero la zona tiene mejores hoteles y por el cambio moneda es mucho más económico. Cuestión que si vas para estar desayunando y comer en hotel(no pagues por ello) si vas solo a dormir si es buena opción

Creo que no hay un mejor hotel en la isla con tan buena ubicacion, instalaciones. El personal increiblemente amable,todo muy muy limpio y moderno, excelente desayuno. El bar de la puscina ofrece una variedad de bebidas y comida excelente.
