All of the staff were friendly and soooo helpful (special shout out to Fatima who helped me with many questions and set up a second booking). The quiet location near the metro in Clichy was exactly what I needed. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. WiFi was good. The only con I noticed is for folks who have trouble navigating stairs because the elevator stops between floors, but if that’s your situation and you stay on the ground floor, you’ll be fine. …Best Ibis I’ve stayed at!

We stayed for 2 nights here. The only few things I would mention is a strange 'stuffy' smell which runs throughout the hotel, the lack of space in the breakfast area, it is very tight to walk through, and the slight wear of the bathroom, some slight improvements and it will be fine. If these niggles will ruin your stay, this is not the hotel for you. Breakfast was lovely, loads of options and delicious pancakes and fresh orange juice you can make yourself. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and a Mcdonalds. The metro is a 2 minute walk away and is not too far from centre around 30-45 minutes depending on luggage and how busy it is etc. The room was clean and fine for 4 of us. Free wifi too, and friendly staff who speak English.

We have stayed at this hotel several times, but this time will be the last. The hotel is in serious need of renovation. The place is decorated in dark colours, the passage way & room smelt of some sort of deodoriser & made the already univiting rooms even more difficut to sleep in. The bathroom was falling apart, toilet flush unit falling of wall as was the toilet roll holder & towel rail. The air conditioner made a dripping noise. The place has gone down hill. The breakfast was minimalistic, nothing like what they offered pre Covid and this seems to be the breakfast trend in most Ibis Styles now. The beds were acceptable, but sleep was difficult. Fortunatley we only stayed 1 night here & that was too much. We later stayed in the Ibis Styles in Batignolles, this was a very inviting hotel & would stay there again.

I was traveling alone. Upon my arrival, I was offered a free upgrade from a very small single room, to a slightly larger, double room. The room was clean and comfortable. I visited in May so I was unable to evaluate the air conditioning. The elevator stops between floors, so you must carry your suitcase up or down one-half of a flight of stairs. The front desk staff was exceptionally courteous even though I did not speak French. If I needed a beverage to be refrigerated, it was labeled with my room number and stored in a refrigerator behind the front desk. The front desk is staffed all night. The breakfast selection (food, beverages and pastries) was very good. The location is convenient in the developed suburban town of Clichy. A Casino supermarket was 200 meters away. The M13 metro station, Mairie de Clichy, is 150 meters away. The neighborhood appeared to be safe in the evening. Total travel time is 30 minutes to arrive at the Louvre, with one Metro transfer (from the M13 to the M1). The underground entrance to the Louvre at the Carrousel de Louvre shopping mall (accessible from the M1 Musée du Louvre station) has shorter lines and is indoors in contrast to the more crowded, outdoor entrance. Travel time is approximately one hour to arrive at the Palace of Versailles. It is a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the Clichy-Levallois train station, a 30 minute train ride on the RER L train and then a 15-20 minute walk to the Palace. The transit cost is only a single train fare, extra zone fare supplements having been eliminated in January of 2025. I booked this hotel at the member rate on the Accor Hotels web site. For three weekend nights in May of 2025, I paid 100 Euros per night, for one person, including breakfast and all taxes. The price was approximately 15% higher for two persons. I received excellent value.
