This does not reflect the level of service we strive to offer our guests. Regarding the power outage, I understand how frustrating and uncomfortable this situation must have been for you, especially during such a special occasion. It’s important to note that this outage affected the entire neighborhood, and the information we received came from the municipal authorities, which unfortunately limited our ability to keep you informed more accurately and in real time. However, I agree that our communication could have been better managed, and I am sorry that this was not the case. I also regret that the breakfast offered in the alternative location did not meet your expectations. Since your stay, we have made changes to improve the variety and quality of the breakfast to better meet our guests' needs. Regarding your request for a partial refund, I apologize for the delay in addressing this matter. I will personally review your emails and ensure that this issue is resolved promptly. You will receive follow-up from me shortly. I understand that this experience has affected your opinion of our hotel, but I hope you will give us the opportunity to make it right.
