We had a family stay at Novotel Paris 17, amazing hotel with excellent staff. We enjoyed breakfast and would like to say "thank you" to all the F^B team and the kitchen. The dinner was delicious and would like to mention Elisabeth for being amazing. Also would mention the reception team and Dustin, who was very helpful. Thanks a lot for everything, and hope to see you all soon.

Hotel from hell!!!! Be aware of this 1*/2* hotel. Human faeces on the toilet walls, stained carpet, mould in the bathroom, dust everywhere. I was lucky....that I stayed there for one night only. I have stayed in room 901..(for some reason i couldnt add any pictures to proved the condition of the hotel)

We had a great stay in the Novotel 17. We travelled from the UK with our son who is a wheelchair user. We didn't book a specific adapted room but the room we had was spacious and plenty of room for us all. The hotel was clean, cool (the room air conditioning was a god send during the hot weather!), and the water cooler on the corridor meant we had ice cold water whenever we wanted. The location was excellent too , easy to drive to with parking available onsite, the bus stop just outside the hotel took us into all the main attractions and the metro line located just around the corner, which made this hotel the perfect base for exploring all that Paris has to offer. Not that the 17th arrondissement should be overlooked! Great neighbourhood with lovely eateries, shops & bakeries perfect for grabbing a coffee & croissant. The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were so accommodating, helpful and friendly. Dustin in particular was so lovely with our son who is non verbal but he took time to speak with him daily, a gesture that went such a long way to making us feel welcome at the hotel. If you're from the UK (or anywhere) and looking for a great hotel, with excellent customer service and great location then this is the hotel for you!

One score and five years ago my visit to Paris as a part of my world tour with my family enchanted me with it's food and it's mesmerising Eiffel tower not to forget the romantic cruise on the River Seine. On my 75th Birthday ,I wanted to recreate that old nostalgic magic ,by doing all that ! Here I am at the Novotel hotel in Paris, by choice of my best friend and travel expert guide , Mr Mahadevan of Lotus exotic journeys @ Chennai. He is almost like a family member and is in Tourism business for close to 2 decades. My better half of 42 years and myself entrusted him to plan our travel to Paris for the momentous occasion. I must say he did organise the travel through Dubai on Emirates quite well and our stay at Novotel 17. But what we never reckoned was the start of world Olympics in Paris at this same time and the Govt has imposed severe restrictions on travel inside of Paris especially around the important tourist landmarks like Eiffel tower ,The Rhine river cruises ,The stop and go city tourist buses and the Louvre Museum due to security concerns in order to conduct of 2024 Olympics and Para Olympics safely . So we are confined to our hotel zone as cab service too are restricted and rerouted. So it's God's way of asking us to enjoy the Novotel 17 hotel ,which in my view is just right ,as it offers all the essential creature comforts in terms of cleanliness and comfort levels in 3 star comfort and dies have a good view of the city scape includingbthe Eiffel tower . It absolutely a no nonsense hotel ,that makes great sense for any traveller, who is looking for a most comfortable affordable bedroom to sleep in ,with clean toilets as he would be spending greater part of his day on the enchanting streets of Paris and the tourist attractions stated above . It's a good hotel centrally located quite close to Eiffel tower with reasonable bed and breakfast deals ! Trust me the breakfast was pretty good and the spread was quite vast and tasty . My lunch today , at this hotel was a revelation of sorts as the food churned out by their Chef Aziz Ben Thabet from Tunisia ,well trained in mediterranean cuisine and French fusion was really good .. He served us aubergine a la milanaise as main course followed by Brioche Perdue for desert . Both were incredibly good and tasty and it complimented very well with Chablis wine served as well .! Thanks to his food and very courteous service by receptionists rendered by Ms Reya made this holiday trip of ours quite memorable in this romantic city of Paris ,in spite of our arriving in Paris at a wrong time for our holiday ,with 1.5 million tourists and 15k atheletes with their support staff and media personnel landing in this Patis city for the 2024 Olympics and para Olympics ! Tomorrow I move to Lisbon to continue our holidays there !

All in all a very pleasant visit. Nice rooms good breakfast very friendly staff. SPECIAL MENTION FOR REYA AND DUSTIN.

As I said very nice stay. Great location very friendly staff. Special mention for REYA AND DUSTIN. The breakfast is good the rooms are very clean and good size. Lay night we were upgraded to the 9th floor which was fantastic. Will come back and recommend.
