Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Tetovo. Die Zimmer komfortabel und das Bad neuwertig, dass Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und geschmacklich hervorragend. Für einen Aufenthalt in Tetovo ist das Hotel auch im Hinblick auf die Sicherheit uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Personal war ebenfalls stets sehr zuvorkommend.

The stay itself was ok. Room was clean and nice even it was bit small. I came to the hotel by taxi ftom Skopje airport. When leavin We ordered a taxi through the reception and asked for a taxi that would write a receipt for the trip. We need it for our employer. We got the taxi and at the Skopje airport the driver told us that he won´t give us the receipt. We send email to hotel and asked for help, but they havent even responce to us.

Reception-Team very kind and professional Restaurant Malabana where the breakfast is, at least max a 3 Star Restaurant... - Poor service - Insufficient hygiene on the tables and at the buffet - Employee smokes a lot and you can smell it - Tables are unhygienic - Tea and coffee can only be filled in cardboard cups - No spoons at the buffet Can't imagine that this us normal for a restaurant...

Location of the location is great. The room is spacious, with a good view. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast in the restaurant was good and plenty of choices I really enjoyed our short stay here

A nice and calm getaway in this vibrant city! A stunning view from the rooftop where you can get both food during the day and drinks at night while enjoying the city view! As per usual in North Macedonian hotels, also this one wants you to pay when you check in.
