Acquistare camera con accesso alla lounge sono soldi buttati, lounge al minimo, dimenticatevi di usarla per cenare, liquori inesistenti.

We are glad that you appreciated our convenient location; however, we are truly sorry to learn that your experience with the lounge and the room condition did not meet your expectations. Regarding the Privilege Lounge, please accept our sincere apologies if the offering did not reflect the value you were expecting. Our lounge is designed to provide light refreshments and evening canapés rather than a full dinner service, but we understand your disappointment and will review both the variety and presentation of items, including the beverage selection, with the relevant team. We are also concerned to hear about the stale/musty smell in your room. This is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain. Our Housekeeping and Engineering teams have been informed to thoroughly inspect and refresh the room to prevent a recurrence. We truly appreciate your comments as they help us improve, and we hope we will have the opportunity to better serve you on a future visit. È da diversi anni il mio hotel di riferimento quando vengo a Bangkok. Ciò sia una volta che ci venivo per lavoro e sia ora che principalmente ci vengo per vacanza. La posizione dell' hotel è molto comoda perché è nel cuore della vita notturna e vicino alla metropolitana che permette facilmente di raggiungere importanti centri commerciali e zone di interesse turistico. I servizi forniti dall' hotel sono ottimi, a partire da una colazione eccezionale. Le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate e soprattutto comode e silenziose. Lo staff è veramente proattivo, sempre disposto ad aiutarti con un sorriso.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questo hotel. Colazione abbondante. Personale gentilissimo e attento. La zona di Sukhumvit é comodissima per girare la città di Bangkok, la metro si trova a 600 metri e lo Skytrain a 100 metri. Consigliato!!

Hotel in centro, comodo per spostarsi a Bangkok con i mezzi pubblici essendo vicinissimo alla fermata dello Sky Train. Ambiente gradevole e accogliente, con piscina, grandiosa colazione, camere pulitissime e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Staff sempre gentile e disponibile. Un ringraziamento particolare al Concierge, Mr. Adison, per la sua pazienza nello siegarmi, più volte, come raggiungere i vari luoghi/punti di nteresse di questa movimentata e bellissima città
