總計入住10天，第一天就發生半夜12點多整個房間斷電情形，打電話至一樓櫃台完全無人接聽，同房的孩子嚇壞了，先生獨自到一樓櫃台飯店找人也完全沒人。大約20分鐘後才有一名值班黑人在櫃檯拿個手電筒到房間看情形，最後雙手一攤說他也不知道發生什麼情況。我們強烈要求下才在又半個小時以後幫我們換房！ 另外一件則是超過7天提供的一次糟糕打掃服務，打掃的是一名黑人中年婦女。晚間回飯店後竟發現3樓的房間出現3隻非常大的蒼蠅，完全沒有補充廁所衛生紙及一般面紙，垃圾桶的垃圾袋也給最小的袋子完全讓人放不下垃圾（隔天有看見所有別間房間放在門口的垃圾袋都是大號的），向飯店櫃檯反應同樣是雙手一攤，請妳自己白天和櫃台經理聯繫，完全與他無關、也不願意紀錄任何相關客戶反應。 總而言之，飯店硬體設備尚可，但從櫃台到打掃的黑人婦人明顯對於黃皮膚的客人充滿嚴重的不尊重及霸凌， 白人櫃台倒是相對禮貌。奉勸所有看得懂中文的客人不要被星級評價迷惑，因為別人好的經驗在這間飯店裡不適用於亞洲人。

Our technical service is unfortunately not available in the middle of the night, that is why our receptionist did his best to offer you an immediate solution so as not to leave you in a studio without light. Again we sincerely apologies for the unfortunate and exceptional failures in your apartment and we hope that we will have the occasion to welcome you back in order to leave you with a more than favourable impression. Every single staff member I've encountered at this hotel, from the front desk and kitchen to housekeeping, are some of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met anywhere. The location is great, with several grocery stores and metro stops close by. Will definitely return for my next trip to Paris.

The location where we stayed was quite nice surrounded by local neighborhood businesses, bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. It is somewhat far from the touristy areas in Paris but we intentionally selected this location to explore the local areas and the markets. We enjoyed mingling and exploring other parts of Paris. The local people were very nice. The foods were good and the hotel services were great and friendly. The room was clean and we have a mini kitchen which was convenient to cook breakfasts but who cooks breakfasts when we have good pastry shops near by. We would come back to this location again. Of course, you would have to be willing to use the metro system to go to places like the local people. The metro system is so convenient and was our only form of transportation for our entire visit.
