Great for us as we are Antique Dealers selling at the Tamworth Fair, held at the same venue as the hotel. Easy access to all the facilities, we parked our van near the entrance on Friday and did not need to move it till we left on Monday morning. Food was great, coffee also. Room was large and clean, bed comfortable. What more could you ask for!!!

Everything was ok, but nothing really stood out as different or special. It’s just a place to stay, would I stay again ? probably not. Didn’t appreciate the welcome to country poster in the lift, stick to being a place to stay, most people are sick of being welcomed to their own country everywhere they turn. Car park boom gates didn’t work. Pool was dirty with rubbish floating on water. It’s not heated as they state in the description. League club restaurant next door was disappointing. On the up side, it’s close to Coles and not far from town. No traffic noise from highway.

I stayed here on my way back to Qld. This is an awesome place to stay in Tamworth. Staff are really lovely. Friendly. And professional. The room was comfortable, bed was perfect. Nothing to complain about in the room. Connected to Leagues Club with drinks, food and pokies! This is definitely the place to stay when visiting Tamworth or just an overnight stay.

A lovely hotel. We had a room on the second floor. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. You can eat at the Leagues Club which is accessible through the hotel. Room was warm, clean and comfortable. Parking is just outside. Would recommend.

Everything about our stay in an unfamiliar town was very positive at the Mercure. Our family of 4 felt safe, the apartment was clean and comfortable. Very quiet; we all got a great sleep. Beautiful hilly views and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
