Centrally located hotel near several shopping centers, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Staff were super pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The heat is centralized so there was so way of turning the heat down in the room. It got very warm, 26C throughout the night. The window opens only by a maintenance key and it has no screen. A bit scary cause it was quite large. Breakfast was really good!

The hotel reservation for a premium room is accurate. The receptionist, Ms. Fatema, is very welcoming. The premium room is well designed to accommodate two adults comfortably. The bathroom is very clean. The room in general is very comfortable. The sustainable vision of having the water refilled from machine in the corridor is very good. In general, highly recommend for a stay at Baku.

IBIS is a business hotel and it means business. I stayed with my friend and we enjoyed our stay. Booking process was easy. Staffs are polite and helpful. Please stay away from Nizami street hotels. Rooms are little small but it’s what you need.

My husband and I stayed at the Ibis Baku this February, and we would like to extend a special thank you to the Front Office Assistant Manager, Samad, as well as his colleagues Javid and another Front Office Supervisor whose name I unfortunately cannot recall. They were all incredibly helpful in assisting us with changing rooms and ensuring we were very comfortable during our stay. Samad went above and beyond, calling us periodically throughout our stay to check in on us and ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Thanks to their exceptional service, my husband and I truly felt at home away from home. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to them for making our experience so memorable.
