Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine riesige Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Wir haben 6 Nächte hier verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ganz besonders möchte ich das extrem freundliche Personal erwähnen. Nana von der Rezeption ist toll und auch Marta aus dem Service sowie alle anderen! Vielen Dank dass ihr unseren Aufenthalt verschönert habt !

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – kein 5-Sterne-Standard

Wir waren für mehrere Tage im Pullman Lombok und haben uns aufgrund der Zugehörigkeit zur Accor-Kette und der 100 % Weiterempfehlung bei TUI für dieses Hotel entschieden. Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt in keiner Weise dem, was man von einem 5-Sterne-Haus erwarten darf. Bereits bei der Ankunft zeigten sich massive Mängel: Defekte Zimmertür, die sich nicht abschließen ließ – ein klares Sicherheitsrisiko. Plastikteile im Essen, woraufhin meine Partnerin sich erbrach. Verfärbte und zeitweise gesperrte Pools, die unhygienisch wirkten. Täglicher Baulärm, über den wir vorab nicht informiert wurden. Schimmel im Zimmer, der nachts (!) einfach überstrichen wurde – der starke Lackgeruch führte zu Kopfschmerzen und Halsschmerzen. Störende Wassergeräusche in der Wand, die erst nach Tagen abgestellt wurden. Schmutzecken und beschädigte Einrichtungen in der Anlage, die keinesfalls 5-Sterne-Niveau haben. Unzureichender Service: lange Wartezeiten beim Frühstück (über 40 Minuten für einen Kaffee) und beim Dinner (Getränke erst nach 45 Minuten), zudem wurde vegetarisches Essen mit Hähnchen serviert. Wir mussten täglich mehrere Stunden aufwenden, um die Mängel mit dem Personal zu klären, und haben erhebliche Zusatzkosten durch Ausweichaktivitäten gehabt. Erst nach unserer Eskalation über TUI und Accor erhielten wir Unterstützung durch den Duty Manager, der sich zwar bemüht zeigte, aber die Vielzahl der Probleme nicht beheben konnte. Besonders enttäuschend: Auch nach über sechs Wochen ist weder mit dem Reiseveranstalter (TUI) noch mit dem Hotel eine zufriedenstellende Einigung erzielt worden. Angesichts der zahlreichen gravierenden Mängel, der gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen und der fehlenden Reaktion können wir das Pullman Lombok leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Anlage mag Potenzial haben, doch in ihrem aktuellen Zustand und mit diesem Serviceniveau ist sie weit entfernt von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel.
